Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Close to the train and bus station and within rest walking distance (10 minutes) of the centre of Kolding. Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Alas no air-conditioning, which is something of an oversight when summer temperatures start to rise as the have this week (24 June). There is a kettle on the room but not a great volume of tea and coffee provided and no liquid milk option at all. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food and beverage options. Although there was no toaster available. There were some small gripes. I was not told about the DKK70 drink voucher per stay. I was not offered an Expedia VIP upgrade. I was not told about the availability of free public parking - only the hotel parking at DKK60 per day (note that parking bays are narrow).

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of gluten free and lactose free options. Would have loved to have had a semi-see through courtain and not just a full dark one. My room faced the busy area outside the station with large glass windows floor to ceiling, så no option other than full view in or no light in. Soap etc. very perfumed.

Et stort minus er at alt information står på engelsk!!!! Vi er stadig en del der ikke forstår engelsk så godt og vi indlogere os på et dansk hotel i Danmark! så hvorfor?

Perfect location, little bit noisy in the evening. Everything else was great!

Meget imødekommende personale. Dejligt med parkingshus og til rigtig attraktiv pris. Skøn morgenmad.

Alt var godt, pånær et meget varmt værelse, uden mulighed for at åbne vinduer. Det var så varm, arvestykket var svært at sove. Der var en bordblæser på værelset som kørte på maximum hele natten.

The breakfast was really delicious and the staff was friendly and kind. The room was clean, but the beds were extremely soft and the view from the third floor onto a boring roof was a little weird. Why not install little balconies or decorate with flowers and lights? Overall the stay was great though, and the fact that you could step into the library directly was absolutely amazing. Thanks!
