The room was very clean. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the kitchen had everything we could need.

It was a great trip. So happy we went there. Room was great and had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub and bird sanctuary was enjoyable. Nice that it is a quiet area. You can walk along the lake front quite aways thru different waterfront parks. Shaughnessy Cove was great to eat at next door as well as the hotel restaurant. Already planning to go back in the fall.

We thought we had booked a room on the waterfront side. Room was on the back of the hotel with a terrible view of ratty property across the street. Staff said when you book with E pedia you get what you get. Overall the room was very nice with a small balcony and a well appointed kitchenette. All of the staff were excellent, the bistro is very expensive for what you get. I enjoyed the public puzzle in the lobby.

Beautiful resort. We had a great experience -Very friendly and helpful staff!

Room smelled bad (cooked bacon) and felt dirty. Basic things like shower soap dispensers were empty (staff told us to call house keeping which is kinda difficult to do once you are in the shower and have no soap. Several items in the room weren't working (most importantly the coffee maker) .... staff told us that this was the third one this week....so rather than be proactive and either check or replace them they waited for a coffee deprived customer to call them....not good.

Room and property were beautiful and the location was stunning.

The bistro was a standout — we enjoyed it every single day, and the food never disappointed. Everything was very clean, especially the amenities, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and being right in front of the water made it even more relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at Summerland Waterfront Resort. The location is beautiful, right by Okanagan Lake, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the waterfront, and explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.
