Average Mercure hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, big clean rooms

Staff were friendly and hotel was very clean.

The staff I interacted with were freindly, authentic & efficient. Sadly the room was too hot, even with the thermostat set to cool, it felt like a sauna. Hence sleeping with windows open (4 degrees outside), but this meant additional noise. In addition there arent enough staff at reception during busy times.

After we checked in, we went for a walk. When we returned, we found that someone had entered our room and had removed both bathrobes. It was a violation of our privacy and completely unacceptable.

It was very clean

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had a bit of a mix up with the booking but it was resolved without issues. The only thing was that the a/c seemed to be malfunctioning so the rooms were stifling, very hot. Opening the window seemed to help a bit.

Really good location for accessing the sights and restaurants. Spacious hotel room. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

I paid for a Junior Suite, but the minibar contents were not included, despite the higher cost compared to other categories except executive suites. The pricing structure seems unreasonable. Additionally, the shampoo bottle attached to the wall caused a deep scratch on my elbow.

Air con didn't work in the room so it was very hot, but the staff were very helpful and provided two fans for our suite.

We booked the Mercure in Graz just because we needed a place to rest for the night without knowing much about it or the city. We were very pleasantly surprised!

Not the best area of town and the hotel needs an upgrade.

The room they gave us had a broken air conditioner. When we asked to get it fixed they told us they knew was not working and it was getting fixed later. They gave us a fan but it did not do enough cooling for the room. They did not offer us any new room. As we were only staying 2 nights we tolerated it but told them at checkout we were not happy.

Bed hard and uncomfortable. No coffee machine. Stuffy room. No thermometer.

Stay was very good, comfortable rooms only downside no iron available

AC was not working when I arrived. Front desk immediately checked it and had another room available for me and had the key to my new room delivered to me in the first room. I was upgraded to a privileged room with wet bar included at no extra charge. They handled it extremely well.
