Convenient

For Americans it is different than what we are used to, but the service, the room, the view, the location to the ferries and the cleanliness were all excellent. Just being on the 3rd floor of an office building was unique.

I was pretty disappointed when I got to the hotel, it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The photos online made it seem much nicer than it actually was, which was a letdown and really took away from the experience. AC took for ever to catch set point and we are in May, imaging this situation in July with real hot weather, main was not closing properly (had to struggle to lock it down), the safe box did not work. Wait there is more, I have to mention that the hotel is in the 3er fl of a residential building[, but it was only one night and let it go. That said, the people working there really made a difference. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. It’s just too bad that the actual look and feel of the hotel didn’t live up to what was shown online. Overall, great staff, but the place itself wasn’t what I expected.

Good location

A 3rd floor hotel with elevator - yay! Simple room but well appointed. Bedding great and large shower and bathroom. Concierge very helpful and available 24/7. Lovely breakfast included. Great coffee.

Very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast ok and room clean. Could do with a few little bits putting right e.g. no lampshade on one of bedside lights. One hook broken for towel in bathroom. These are minor pints as overall was good and located in good position for all areas of naples

Place seemed to be refurbished recently and everything looked good. But our room was next to the entrance door that makes a very strong buzz noise whenever someone tries to enter. Woke me up several times during the night. Still people are nice and breakfast was fantastic

In the blazing heat, our air conditioner did not work. It was hell. on the 2nd night, it decided to work but not very well, however, it did cool the room slightly which was welcomed in the scorching heat.

While the accommodation is ok, the hotel is unethical in their business practices. They charged me 30 euros to have a second person in the room even though there policy says two people are allowed. I would never return here.

This hotel was close to the centre, historic sites and tons of dining. Its in a building that looked dingy but the rooms were super spacious with 2 balconies! Great price for what you get! Highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Unusual as reception was on the 3rd floor which was reached via secure buzzer system. Very clean throughout, some traffic noise but not too bad. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. We had an issue with hot water but this was remedied quickly. Downside was lack of sockets to charge equipment. Good breakfast. I would a recommend a stay here.

Location is convenient. Property is nice and clean. Staffs very friendly. However our room no Wi-Fi access. TV channels only in Italian. English Channel none.

Fantastic location within close proximity to the old town, spagnoli quarter and port. The rooms were clean and the shower very good. However the air con did not work so had to sleep with the door open which meant it was very load from the road noise and we were bitten alive by mosquitos. We had no fridge or safety deposit box in the room as the amenities listed. We were able to use the kitchen fridge and the staff provided a safety box but we could not get it to work. The beds were very uncomfortable it was two singles pushed together which meant throughout the night they would move apart and the bottom sheet would pull away from the bed. Breakfast was very simple a bit too basic, there were pastries, cold meats and a few hot items but the coffee was awful. Overall a clean hotel in a great location but not a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the standard room and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend room 303, it was a corner room and I believe the only room that has a view. The other rooms face the neighboring building. The room was very functional and definitely worth the amount paid. The hotel cost is very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. It is a budget hotel - there is only one employee at the check-in desk and so they don't offer help with luggage or anything like that, but I am fine with this. The only complaint I have is that the air-conditioning was not very cold. We woke up sweating most nights (we stayed in July, it was very hot). We also returned for another ngiht stay a few days later and we were in a different room and had the same issue with the air-conditioning.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and a good value. However, the Hotel was hard to find with only a small sign next to a door on a side street. We were surprised to find the hotel was located on the third floor. Fortunately the elevators worked fine.

The property and location was great. However our air conditioning unit broke and dumped water all over the floor. I would stay there again though. We were just unlucky.

Receptionist are good and helpful. Hotel is located at the third floor of the building and you cannot enter not unless someone from the hotel opens it for you. Little inconvenient especially if the buzzer is not working. Was down the building middle of the night, not cool.
