Great hotel

The hotel was nice .... I was only there for a few hours. I didnt leave the hotel because it was just a one night stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with their breakfast that's included.

Nice and clean, I had no issues quick check in and pretty good location

Very slow checking in, they took too long to let me know they didn’t have a room on an upper floor. Didn’t have hot water at night or in the morning when I showered, had to shower with cold water in the evening and the morning. The young servers at breakfast we very attentive and friendly. Great fruit and coffee. Will most likely not stay again.

This is comparable to a Motel 6 in the US. Very basic hotel. Needs to be updated! The breakfast area was a mess! They didn’t refill anything. It was just basic continental breakfast. The location is good, close to Plaza del Sol, which is a nice little shopping area! We ended up switching to Holiday inn express expo about two blocks down. Way better!

It was centrally located and provided easy access to the things we wanted to do.

The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety to choose from . I had the chilaquiles very good! The rooms were clean and we had a restful night !

Instalaciones limpias. Personal muy amable. En general fue una estancia agradable solo excepto por el desayuno que es repetitivo, creo que podría esmerarse un poco más.
