My go to hotel for any stay in Blackpool with car parking, breakfast included and excellent rooms with easy access by tram or taxi to everywhere you could potentially want to visit in this seaside town

The “complimentary” breakfast was just ok but not as nice as previous visits. Only scrambled eggs as usual which did not taste that pleasant. The plates although appeared to be in a warmer, were stone cold. The breakfast food also wasn’t that warm and even colder on cold plates. Lots of staff but plates not cleared after each course. A bit disappointed this visit unfortunately!

We enjoyed our night away, the room had a great view of the sea! Our 9 year old particularly loved the waffle station at breakfast. Great location as it’s a short walk to everything on the south shore but it is still quiet. We would definitely use this hotel again!

My son and I stayed here to play golf at St. Anne's Old Links. Besides being a very convenient location, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We used the fitness room, breakfast, and storee our luggage while we played. Very friendly staff. Convenient to the Northern Railway.

Perfect room, great aircon. No fridge though....worth checking if this is important to you!!

We checked in to a lovely sea view room with air conditioning! Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and even though busy it did not affect getting food or a table. Great location next to tram stop. Parking on site also reasonable. Will likely come again

Hotel Value for money. Parking very expensive. Bed hard. Good location. Pillows flimsy. Not great nights sleep. Decent breakfast but busy and queues for everything. Poor quality sausages

Good location, comfy beds, decent breakfast. Unfortunately our stay was tarnished because items of essential medical equipment were stolen from my room. In my error unknowingly my CPAP head gear and mask detached from the machine while I was packing my case on the bed. I didn't know until I opened my case the next evening after leaving the hotel. I immediately phoned the hotel and was advised they would look into it. I repeatedly chased. The laundry manager called me saying it wasn't found on site and they had an external laundry company. She would call me back in 3 days. A week later there was no call back (2 weeks from when I reported it). Chased again to be told they hadnt found it. These retail at £150 without my oxygen levels are too low and Im at risk of stroke /CA. A staff member has taken this essential piece of equipment. Very disappointed. Im not covered on travel insurance because I stayed just 1 night.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. Situated on the far end closer to St Anne’s, you’re not far from everything that you need.
