I would not recommend this hotel. We booked a superior room with a balcony for our long weekend stay. Unfortunately it was a room close to the elevator (room 610) and the sound of the elevator kept me awake. Also there was a problem with the elevator so the doors were opening and closing a lot. When it was midnight I asked the man in the reception if they had any other room available that was away from the elevator because I could not sleep with all the noise from the elevator. He fixed a new room (304), and by that time I was too tired and it was not the same noise from the elevator. In the morning I woke up at 6am from a lot of noise from the street, and also I noticed there was no mini bar or balcony in that room. I went down to the reception and talked with the girl named Tina in the reception. She was rude and said it was my fault because I wanted to change the room so we got downgraded and now the hotel was full. I asked to at least get the money back for the upgrade and she got annoyed, and told me to send the manager a mail. I have never experienced guest service like this and I have myself worked in a 4-star reception over 6 years. This was a very disappointing stay…

I didn't expect the one person room would be such a small square footage tend it was myself and my daughter trip the room was too small. We did enjoy the morning breakfast Samia hospitality was warm. We enjoyed our trip In Paris we love every second of every day Mercure Paris is a very quaint place to stay.

Ce que j'ai apprécié : Accueil cordial, rapide et efficace. Propreté de la chambre. Wifi efficicace. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié : Les alèzes qui ne tiennent pas, les serviettes changées tous les jours, écologiquement discutable (je suis resté 3 nuits). Pas Canal+, très étonnant chez Mercure

Hotel was awesome, lots of nice touches, room was also nice comfy bed Tv Fridge Bath Balcony with a decent view Gave us some complementary chocolates for Valentine’s Day Made us feel super welcome Breakfast was also cool both days We enjoyed it and will definitely go back .

Clean room and friendly staff

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The only thing I missed was a proper reading lamp by the bed - the bedside tube lights are not suitable for reading a book (I mean an actual book, not an electronic device).

Notre réservation No73218240074403 pour l ' hôtel MERCURE PARIS ALESIA pour le 20/09 ,à notre arrivée le réceptionniste de l ' hôtel nous a dit que l ' hôtel était complet ,malgré notre réservation du 23/08 .malgré nos protestations ,nous avons été envoyé en taxi à l ' hôtel NOVOTEL ET SUITE de la Porte de Vanves .nous sommes tres déçus du comportement de l ' hôtel MERCURE PARISN ALESIA

Good- Very clean, coffee machine, comfy bed, very close to metro. Bad- Some of the staff not very polite, got given a twin room when I'd paid for a double (just because I'm travelling solo doesn't mean I should have to sleep in a small bed!), temperature of the water- really don''t know why there's a bath, the water is lukewarm so by the time a bath is run, the water is almost cold, had to have a shower so there was a constant flow of water that didn't go cold

A nice modern hotel not too far from the centre of Paris about 20 mins on the metro from the main tourist attractions. Hotel in Paris are usually quite small but the room was a decent size quite spacious enough room for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean but we’re on the 8th floor and had to carry our luggage up to our room because the elevator stops on the 7th floor. Anyways great place hopefully the elevator will be fixed one day!!
