The room was very clean. I only had two complaints. First, I had only been in my room about 10 minutes and there was a knock on the door. Before I could get to the door it opened, only at that point did she identify herself as housekeeping. She said she was seeing if I need anything. That shouldn't have happened. Second, the bed sucked! It was hard as a rock. If there had been a full length couch I would have slept there. If the bed had been better then we'd return. But we won't because neither of us had much sleep.

The first room that we were in the toilet did not work. There was no water in the toilet tank so we was transferred to a new room and in that room there was no hot water. We had to shower in a room across the hall from our room.

not enough food for breakfast. toilet leaked water all over bathroom floor shower curtain too close, stuck to me while i showered

We want to thank brian who greeted us with a nice welcome! He told us he enjoys making people feel comfortable! Specially made fresh eggs and coffee for the road...he takes pride in his hospitality service!! I hope you all know what you have in this pleasant employee..pay attention to him...hes doing a good work for...where other places they do not care!! Thank you brian...God bless you! Bed sheets, comforter, pillow cases had stains all over. Dead bugs at room entry. Link for review wouldnt allow me to add photos.

The property was very nice, rooms had high ceilings and were very spacious. We were traveling with out kitties and they were very helpful

Desk clerk told me this hotel doesn't accept reservations from Expedia. After I showed him my reservation on my phone, It took 20 minutes for the personnel to finalize my room.

We were one of only 3 reservations. The front desk offered up that info. Shower, toilet, and room were dirty.

They were closed.
