The rooms are dated but very clean, AC is good. Hotel property well maintained and nice atmosphere. Hotel is amazing with gorgeous Water front views and beautiful seating along the water front and nice pool. The downtown of MENAGGIO is a 3 minute walk , the.entire town is on the beautiful water front of Lake Como and has cute shops and many quaint restaurants with outdoor dining options . Every restaurant is surrounded by beautiful flower pots and lighted umbrellas over tables.Ferry landing is 2 minute walk from the hotel to catch Ferry around Lake Como. Excellent town to base your stay for your Lake Como visit.

This place needs a major renovation. The beds are horrible, hard, the pillow are hard and flat, towels are dingy and the wifi sucks in the bedrooms. I complained and they said they fixed it well they didn’t. The pool has cracks inside the only thing great is the location to the ferry and the breakfast was good.

One of the most elegant hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful architecture and art work with the most amazing views of Lake Como. The pool and surround grounds were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast had made to order plates and t g e buffet items were extensive. Every staff member were very attentive to our needs.

Overall great staff besides the bar staff on in the evening. Quite rude, when asked her about Italian red wines, she just said to choose between red or white. Asked which one is a heavy red, she said they are all the same. Terrible attitude and rude. Every other staff were great. Great hotel located perfectly in Menaggio.

The decor and location are very good, but the gym is quite bad as it doesn’t even have dumbbells.

Not worth the money. The place is beautiful on the outside but terribly needs renovation on the inside. Mold in the hallways- rooms are out of date, shower didn’t work when we originally got there. Staff was great overall but gave us wrong info for the ferry so we missed the ferry leaving because of it. Overall not bad but not worth the cost.

An excellent hotel, very well maintained, right on the lake and next to the ferry terminal. The breakfasts are particularly superb and the dining options are very good indeed. Plenty of helpful bar and dining staff. Only minor criticisms are: - tourist advice at the front desk. Certainly they try to help but are generally very very busy. While everywhere else is, if anything, overstaffed the front desk is understaffed. - no turndown service to the bedrooms and a small complementary chocolate - a Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms!

We loved this hotel. It is right by the ferry and there is a market next door for any items you may have forgotten. Our room wasn't real big but sufficient. Great breakfast and great view. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the bellhop! He was great! Been there close to 50 years.

Right outside of the ferry port, very convenient. Beautiful location and views from the room even on the first floor

Everything was ok, nice view, nice restaurant. Only the bathroom was very cramped and it was very difficult to use the shower. You had to practically walk through the toilet.
