Rooms and property are clean, staff are very helpful, and well situated for access into old Quebec City.

We stayed here for two nights but during our stay, not once did the staff made our beds. We did do the breakfast on our last day and it was very average. Most of the things were gone and only some food was left.

Hotel amenities/staff all good. Love the free breakfast and parking . Would stay there again.

The room wasn't cramped, even with four adults staying there. It was clean and comfortable, friendly styaff and the amenities were excellent I highly recommend this place.

Small room. Washroom so small that water was splashing out in the room, not worth the price. Breakfast okay and good sitting area. Staff service excellent.

Déjeuner complet, excellent! La clim nous a causé des problèmes froid/chaud. La couette épaisse du lit est un système désuet…. utilisé plusieurs couvertures superposés qu’on met ou enlève selon notre confort serait beaucoup plus adéquat, ce qu’on retrouve d’ailleurs dans plusieurs grands hôtels…. Mais le personnel attentionné est tellement gentil que ça répare un peu. Merci de votre accueil!

Charmante hôtel! C’est vraiment spacieux, Les chambres sont confortables, la piscine et le gym sont très bien! Le déjeuner inclus est délicieux! Bonne variété! Malgré la construction extérieur et les détours… L’hôtel est assez bien insonorisé

Everything depends on your expectations. The hotel was clean and located in a good neighbourhood. However, the breakfast was very basic, the hotel itself was quite old, and the rooms felt dated. Considering the price, I expected better value for money, so I would not choose to stay there again.

Hotel staff were polite, friendly and bilingual. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very satisfying. Great location. It's a bit of a mess with construction but so worth the effort.

Le plancher de la chambre était collant, nous devions marcher avec nos sandales. Je me suis réveillée avec des piqûres sur le corps. Je suis dégoûtée de cette expérience.

L’hôtel était bien,propre .le déjeuner laisse un peu à désirer…le café était meilleur dans la chambre.

The hotel was clean and staff was cooperative. One area for improvement: coffee was complimentary in the room, but chargeable everywhere else, including the waiting/common areas, which felt inconsistent. Also, the hotel's location is a bit isolated, with very few nearby restaurants — worth knowing before booking if you plan to eat out. Overall a solid stay, just a couple of minor drawbacks.
