The staff is excellent: professional, welcoming, efficient, and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was therapeutic.

We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special. The front desk was open 24 hours, and they stored our luggage for a few hours when we arrived and after we checked out. Our room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the hotel was also very clean. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in Chiavari and we hope to be back someday!

Staff on reception was very helpful and polite. Rooms could do with an update but did what we needed it for. Lots of choice for breakfast which is very good!

Hotel Ferrari is perfectly fine from my perspective. The breakfast is very good and there is a café associated with the hotel. There are no meals at the hotel outside of the café hours 07.00 18.00hrs but there are lots of restaurants close by. Parking is free in the town car park on the beach front but that is about 800mts away, so not far unless it’s raining (which it was). Internet was ok but not fast enough to download data packages.

We loved the room. Spacious, clean, well situated. Excellent breakfast and coffees. Walking distance from train station. The only thing is the train and traffic noise.

Solid 3-star hotel with great staff. Rooms are fine ... but no elevator makes luggage a movement bit of a challenge. Breakfast is good, not great.

Very well located hotel with convenient free parking. The staff are what really make this hotel such a pleasure, they are helpful in every way. Breakfast is really good and fresh. We asked for a quiet room with a balcony which is what we got .. very well located for the cinque terra only a few minutes from the train station and the beach for rejuvenation in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
