Check in fue terrible, estuvimos 1 hora de Reloj para que nos dieran habitación, solo una persona atendiendo y una lentitud que no había visto nunca en ningún Hotel. Por lo demás todo correcto y limpio, pero nos cortó el rollo venir cansados y tener que estar 1 hora esperando en recepción.

We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an unforeseen circumstance, we needed to check out a day earlier. Paola was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the logistics of adjusting our reservation and making the early departure as smooth and stress-free as possible. While the hotel itself is excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-managed — it was Paola’s exceptional service that truly stood out. She went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. Paola is a true asset to the hotel chain and a gift to every guest who has the pleasure of interacting with her. Overall a good experience.

Front desk staff was spectacular. Very kind and helpful. Bathrooms could use a little upgrading. Beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel itself needs a little TLC inside.

Large room, very clean.

great place with good staff.. confortable and - The hotel is located next to a parl where the city hall host large parties with loud music - That is rhe only negative things. everything else is OK.. Our Room had kit heck but we had to oay to use.. that does not make sense but wll went well

Excellent stay, nice & quiet and big rooms. Just a couple of things for anyone staying to note - They charge to use the kitchen, which was a hit odd, although they provided everything once you stayed. The rooms are getting a bit tired, ours had a shower that wouldn’t stay up, and some of the fixtures and fittings were tired/broken.

El agua en los grifos para los fregaderos estaba caliente y no había agua fría. No tenía nada en la cocina (ni cucharas, ni vasos, ni café, ni microondas). No recomiendo este hotel para aquellos con familias.

The room wasn’t the usual room and there were a lot of room members not working Schwar and TV I wasn't comfortable as usual
