The hotel has great, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. What lets it down is how tired a lot of the property looks, and it brings down the overall user experience. Food is good, great selection for breakfast too.

The people were all great, quick check-in, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included which was limited in choice compared to my past experience several years ago but you could still have a hearty breakfast. The location is very handy for the centre of town, indeed you can walk to most places very easily and quickly. My only gripe with my room on the third floor was how tired and worn the room and furniture were.

Great location and a very comfortable 2 night stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary tea and biscuits were very nice.

Staff went above and beyond while we were there and afterwards when I left something behind. Great for families and great location and delicious food! Perfect place to stay.

I first got a room that was so warm that I was drenched in sweat at midnight in my room with the window open. The bathroom floor heating was turned up to max and the button to control it broken off. After arguing I got another room that was equally as warm. The third time I said it's impossible for me to sleep there he got me an "upgrade" to a double room that has not been heated by the sun all day. That room had blood on the bed sheet, the TV hung crooked from the wall and didn't work. None of the rooms had AC obviously. How is this a four star hotel? It was closer to a motel with generally broken and unclean rooms. It was too late for me to find another hotel. Otherwise I would've from the beginning.

Lätt att hitta parkering ”runt hörnet” och gångavstånd till allt i centrum. Suuuperbra frukost där ingenting fattas. Trevlig och kunnig personal.

Mkt trevlig personal o bemötande! Tyvärr upplevde vi att belysningen var dålig på rummet o utsikten från fönstren på 4e våning var en tråkig innegård. Men läget mitt i city passade oss perfekt!

Slitet hotel med obekväma sängar. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Frukostpersonalen ung och behöver vägledning, de ställde ner locket till pannkakorna på smutsiga mattan vid påfyllning. Vi fick gå in i köket och be dom komma ut och rensa och rengöra bord då det inte fanns någon rent bord att sitta vid.

Mitt i Jönköping. Man kan promenera runt i stan enkelt. Jag hade en spindel och stort spindelväv som jag fastnade i när jag skulle öppna fönstret. Konstigt att det missades vid städning. Skön säng, sov gott hela natten och ok frukost.
