Staff were great. Plenty of parking. Room was as described

The property was clean and very functional. The parking was easy and I enjoyed the location. There’s nothing really walkable in the area but the town is less than a ten minute drive. The pools are long and skinny and in front of hotel rooms. There are no pools that are separate from people’s decks. The kitchen was very functional and well stocked with the things needed to make nice meals.

Comfortable stay for an independent person. Helpful staff. Family friendly.

Great service. Awesome room with swim out to the pool. Comfy bed. Good shower with good pressure. Can’t fault this place. Would happily stay there again.

The location's not the best. At gateway into Port Douglas it's a long walk / short drive to the shops and beach. Would recommend finding accommodation closer to the main strip at the top of the Port Douglas map.

We had 1 request that we followed up numerous times with reservations and were actually given the complete opposite on check in which we weren’t happy about. The man at reception was anything but helpful with our issue. There was only 1 warm pool, heater broken in 1 pool and the others felt cold all the time. Quite far out of town, need a car, short walk to 4 mile beach. Apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable but smelt super mouldy and damp.

The hotel was wounderful. It was clean, the staff were great and we loved the pools.

A wonderful stay at Silkari - we would stay again!

We chose an inexpensive room for a short stay. It was small and fairly dark and not a good example of the poolside accommodation. It did suit our needs.

Shower screen fell off several times. Balcony door difficul to lock. Air con excellent

Parking spaces are small. We thought we were getting a room with a kitchenette but it was too small to be practical

Our stay was exceptional. Only opportunity would be to replace the dryer in our apartment as it wont work even if you only put 2 or 3 clothes to dry

We had a very nice stay the pool, grounds and room were excellent.

Very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Kids had their own “wing” fully equiped with their own bathroom and rooms so it was almost Like my wife and I had our own space. Direct access to the pool as well which is always convenient and fun.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to move rooms to be next to our son. The rooms were v clean and the beds comfortable. The 2bed suite was very well equipped.

Generally clean and tidy room. Communal areas around the pool were very clean. Car park appears to be a dumping area for residents storage.

Staff awesome. Apartment was awesome just a couple of small things let it down. Dryer didn’t work but staff gave us free use of guest laundry and a six pack to say sry. Couldn’t use induction cooktop as there was no proper induction cookware just some $10 scratched up pans which were useless. We used the bbqs in the pool area instead. The rest of the apartment was brilliant. Fix those couple of things and I’d be happy to stay for a week! The pools were lovely and the staff excellent.

Room was clean and staffs are courteous. This is our third time staying in the hotel.
