The property is in a very good neighborhood. There are restaurants, shops, and a nice park nearby. The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful!

It’s ok area

Great location in Miraflores. Walking distance to several restaurants and pharmacy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The bed was clean and comfortable. The restroom was also clean. It had plenty of storage for clothes. I wish it had drawers though. The shower had a terrible leak but that didn't affect it's use. In fact the shower pressure was fantastic. The room was just pretty stark. No decorations at all. All white walls. The walls were pretty thin. You could hear other rooms above and people walking around. You can't hear noise from the busy streets though. I'd definitely stay here again. Great value.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Breakfast is good: Fried Rice, croissants, cheeses, yogurts, cereal Housekeeping was slow. Don't expect small requests to be fulfilled. Be sure to have your own power adapter, toiletries, and other necessities. The rooms only provide a towel. No complimentary water. No water kettle, no tea bags, no instant coffee.

Hotel is in great condition. Staff were very helpful and gave us an upgrade when they realized that the booked category was not available any more. All amenities of Miraflores within walking distance, and there is an excellent Pizza restaurant just across the street.
