I was there for work the room i got was noisy at first but all good

Great location, would prefer a bigger bed. Next time we will book the King bed suite. The food was excellent and service was wonderful.

My room is next in the alley of kitchen gym employee room. Entering your clothes will smell the food and busy employee in the hall way. It liked Stock Room My family is awaken on 7am because of load banging like somebody stocking on the next room.

The hotel asks you if you want to "go green" by foregoing maid service during your stay, which is fine; they then tell you that they will charge you $150 for cleaning if you don't run the dishwasher when you check out; then they leave you an envelope to tip the maid team! Why would I tip the maid team when I didn't use them and you threatened me with a $150 fee if I didn't clean up after myself? The room was called a suite, but was not a suite - a suite implies separate sleeping and sitting areas - there was only a very uncomfortable chair put next to the bed. No sofa, no separate spaces. Not what was advertised or sought.

Convenience location, with a full size huge room. Also corporate with Expedia membership program which can let you get more benefits like free parking. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends who come to Victoria.

We loved our stay here! The room was beautiful, the location was perfect.for exploring the area, the lobby was welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed another stay at the Oswego Hotel. The staff and accommodations are lovey and the location is great. Underground parking is a bonus and we enjoyed the live music on Sunday night at dinner.

Clean room, just building is slight dark and old

Room was neat and clean. Furniture was in good condition and if you out the window was wonderful

The staff were super friendly! They were quick, efficient and helpful. I had a guaranteed early check-in of 1:00p, but they were able to get a room for me around 11:00a. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, kitchenette was nice and the view was great. Highly recommend and I will be coming back!
