Absolutely fantastic, this hotel is 10/10 always clean, everything works, organized, quick check in, fantastic underground parking, and list of safe street parking. This property is professionally operated, the staff fantastic and friendly. The restaurant food is high quality and delicious, also a 10/10. The pay to order coffee bar the best I’ve had in any hotel in Victoria. Thank-you!

Room was clean, comfortable, and had bath robes (a plus for me!) Location is convenient. Vibe of the restaurant was enjoyable for a (complimentary) coffee in the morning. Would stay again without hesitation.

room was great, loved the goodies for Sam our pup who came with us. We have stayed at Oswego Hotel 3 times now and always love it. Great location, kitchen is great to have and bed was so comfortable my husband has been researching where to buy the mattress -lol. Staff are friendly and everything was great, as always.

There were live music on the bar. The option of the menu were great and the dessert was over the top

We booked a Suite, and it was lovely. The room was modern, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early for no charge. The hotel was well situated and everything we needed was within a walkable distance. Highly recommended.

Room was clean, check in and out was quick and easy. Parking was secure. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go.

Really large well appointed suites in a quite neighbourhood 2 blocks from the inner harbour. The lounge / restaurant is amazing. Recommend the seafood spaghettini.

Room was in fine condition but the noise from the fridge and hallway was very loud. Not very dark either for those who like darkness while sleeping. Lots of light sources like the microwave, hallway and windows plus the noise made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Would get a suite with a bedroom next time to avoid excess noise and light. Otherwise a classic Oswego experience: friendly staff, clean rooms, nice hand soap and great location close to downtown without the crowds.
