Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Pillows were too thick. We prefer thinner pillows so staff found some.

Pool and hot tub were down but I really appreciated that they called to let me know. Everything eles was great

Staff was super friendly. Room was large and clean and well appointed. Restaurant was pretty decent. Pool and jacuzzi were not working.

pool was closed again. Spa tub in room was a wonderful way to relax, but the pump was noisy.

Pool is unavailable and down for maintenance, front desk isn’t very friendly, lacks basic amenities for the suites (like dish soap), etc.

Clean, comfortable and the staff was great. Only issue was the eggs in the am could have been fresher. Had a bit of a crust on it like it had been sitting there for a while.

Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good. One recommendation I would suggest is to clean the elevator. There was garbage stuck in walls and food in elevator track.
