The location was great and I enjoyed there was breakfast options. The room itself was not clean. Some kind of water stain on the chair in the seating area in the room. Clearly furniture never moves when being cleaned. Fair amount of dust/dirt that runs along the wall edge throughout the entire room. Bed was not comfortable. Parking was awesome. I would try another hotel before repeating this experience simply because I care not to stay in a room that clearly is not getting cleaned thoroughly regularly.

Big spacious room and bathroom. Big comfortable king size bed. Clean room.

We were only informed that the pool and hot tub were closed when we check in.

No pool. Everytime I stay at this hotel the pool is not working.

Bring shampoo and soaps the ones the hotel uses are t good quality at all but other then that great hotel

We killed 2 black beetles in our room. Front staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was what you’d expect, microwaves and dried out. The pool and hot tub were not operational.

The photos online looked nicer then in person. The tv hardly had any channels. The breakfast wasn't the greatest. The pool/hot tub wasn't working or in use. Room/hotel wasn't clean, very run down looking. Luggage carts were 3 sheets of plywood, tire's were low on air. Needs some Upgrading. Only thing I liked about the property was the Nice Staircase in the lobby. Minus the ripped carpet on the stairs

It was clean and comfortable. Quiet with good black out curtains. I was pleasantly surprised and will certainly stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable Beds were very comfortable and had proper pillows!!! Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly and polite.

Superb hotel. Probably the best we stayed at on the AlCan Highway. Friendly staff. Dog friendly for sure. Great breakfast.
