Just outside Boston- we had a spacious suite with king and a sofa bed . Property was in very good condition. Free parking - lots of space. Nice looking pool very good included buffet breakfast.

Except for the guy at the front desk, everybody seemed to hate working there. The air in the room was very stale and we did not feel that the accommodations were all that great.

The super friendly staff welcomed us with open arms and even recommended things to do with our 2 young kids. Thankfully the EV chargers, while slow, are working and conveniently located right outside the front door.

Hyatt House never disappoints, it has all the amenities you need.

Hotel was not clean room smelled

The staff is very nice and explained the details thoroughly. I’ve come a few times because my daughter goes to school nearby and each stay has been wonderful. I look forward to use Hyatt even when she graduates.

The property had many options for entertainment and amenities for those wishing to stay on the property, and it had a home-like comfort feeling. We applauded the intermittent housekeeping services, but were disappointed with the limited attention our room received on the "thorough cleaning" day. It did not entirely turn us towards unsatisfied customers, but it was a slight blemish on the overall experience. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. It did seem that some families took too much advantage of the homely feel and weren't great guests, often not cleaning up after themselves - we often found the grounds to be unkempt from discarded public use toys and children's amenities. Staff may want to round more frequently or limit use of public areas.

The location was good, staff was very nice, and the breakfast was great, and there was easy to find parking. Unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. There was mold in the bathroom, room service was not good, we had to go down to the office twice to get toilet paper because they don’t give you more, the couch bed had holes in it and was terrible, we lost hot water for a day, they never brought enough towels so we had to ask the desk for those as well, kitchen hardly had anything in it (why have an oven with no hot pads to put things in and out?), and the rooms weren’t super clean. We would never stay here again unfortunately which is a bummer.

Friendly staff. Location is easy to get to and lots of parking on site. Breakfast was awesome!!!

We stayed for four days and our room wasn’t cleaned once despite my daily requests. I had to extend our stay because my husband got admitted to the hospital and was dramatically overcharged on top of what I was told the cost would be. Nice property but the behavior overall very disappointing.

This place was wonderful and the service was great!

The front staff was pleasant and curteous with checking in, and checking out. I was impressed by the room's cleanliness and space. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
