We enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach!

The food was amazing delicious 😋 at Cocos Restaurant Paradise Jaco Beachfront, the staff were very friendly, great hotel and view of the ocean.

We showed up one day late and they gave our rooms up and we paid for three days but they did accommodate us, but the room was a joke. They said it was an upgrade an apartment. I wouldn’t let anybody stay in something like that rundown the showerhead connected to the wall was leaking couldn’t take a shower. Toilet barely flushed pretty funny.

Room was clean and quiet. Good nights rest. Breakfast was great.

The place is old and obsolete, but it’s a great location and great people work there. I’m very inexpensive and you get a nice breakfast.

I was dumbfounded with this hotel after reading the reviews. I can't possibly understand if I was at the same hotel as the ones who wrote recent reviews. We booked four nights. First of all they offer "free self parking". Well the hotel is on the public beach and the public beach has parking which is always full especially at night. Lucky if you can park anywhere near the hotel and you have to park on dark side streets at night way away from the hotel. The room was incredibly run down. The balcony door lock was broken which made the room totally unsecure. The hot water was scarce and the drain was partially clogged. The internet was horrible and kept going in and out. Only one plug in the entire room worked and to charge your phone you had to unplug the TV to use it. The coffee machine was brand new, never used, until I realized that this was because the TV outlet was high up on the wall and the plug could not reach this TV outlet, so it was useless. The beds and the linens were very clean however. The pictures on the website of the pool were deceptive. What was missing in the photos was that the pool was packed with people and children all day. It was impossible to even attempt to swim in it. I would characterize it as a "kiddie wading pool". Every chair around the pool was occupied so there was no where to sit.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the restaurant had delicious food and you can't beat the location right across from the beach. I would've given five stars but the suite I stayed in needed an update and/or replacement of the jacuzzi. I was unable to use it because stuff kept coming out of the jets. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay

The room was great and staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was always good in our opinion with lots of options on the hot buffet and fresh fruits and cheese. The wifi was super spotty in our room which was frustrating at times. I would book sooner next time to have a regular room instead of a suite. The cost of the suite was hardly worth it for us. Overall. Great place to stay on the beach

The toilet didn’t work great, and there isn’t a lot of space to sit by the pool. Other than that, everything was great. Buffet breakfast every morning. Amazing staff. Great size room. Right at the beach, walking distance to the shops in Jaco. Beds were great. Two lovely pools. Great value!

Clean room and super friendly staff. Loved the location. Fortunate enough to witness a turtle release too which the hotel aids for support to the local non profit.
