Staff was great. Everything nice and clean. Gym had a couple of treadmills, a universal, a bench and some dumbbells.

This has been my go-to hotel in Montreal for years. Locally owned and family owned. You can feel the love, care, and thoughtfulness that goes into this place. It's always clean. Rooms are spacious. Gym is clean and the breakfast is great. Great value for money and centrally located in downtown Montreal. Highly recommend!

This is not a 5 star hotel, however, we received 5 star treatment from the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was located perfectly, with walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and the shower was the best shower I have ever experienced at any hotel I’ve ever been to. We will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Notre arrivée c'est passé rapidement avec un personnel accueuillant. La chambre était propre et au gout du jour. Nous y avons séjourner deux jours. Près du métro pour les déplacements et bonne distance de marche du centre Bell.

There is so much outstanding food in the area, also entertainment and simply the beauty of Old Montreal.

We had a great experience with the wonderful staff who were very attentive and helpful. It made our visit to Montreal an enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and light-filled. We especially enjoyed having a couch to relax on instead of a single desk chair, common in many hotels. The breakfast was plentiful and nourishing. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit again.

Great location close to all the downtown sites. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room spacious and bright. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Good location. Clean establishment. Comfortable bed. Awesome water pressure and rain shower head. Very limited gluten free options for breakfast that being said their pastries looked delicious. Toilet paper and Kleenex inferior quality.

Everything was great! Cleanness, staff, amenities. However, the refrigerator un ny room (505) was very noisy and it woke me up at night. Also, the room’s floor was very cold and I forgot my slippers. I wish you could offer or even sale some discardable slippers.
