Weekend breakfast should open earlier than 7:30 especially when there are events happening in & around the area

Hotel didnt let us know hot tub out of order until we fully checked in (using our credit we saved for months) after long drive decided to stop halfway (regretting) First got into pool 2 towels only and was fairly cold for indoors and hot tub out of service. Went to go have shower in our room after the conditioner empty body wash empty and dirty red rust mould in corner (gross) We then went out to car to get items later at night and the garbage all exposed we then had to hid from skunk in parking lot 🙃 Only great thing was food options for restraunts close by ... The next .morning set alarm 930 to sleep in after a very long weekend and to go get last bit of breakfast...well to find out it hotels and online website says weekdays til 10am no its over 930... (so our free buffet breakfast missed due to lack of information) We stay many places thought best western and name is decent ... learning its a name and not worth it .. we will go stay else where before here again.

The room was adequate but the conditioner and body wash were empty. The staff was unhelpful when we arrived early, we were told there would be an extra charge or, we could wait. She did not offer to hold our bags or suggest any tourist sites to explore or restaurants we could grab a bite to eat. In the morning, my daughter had to leave for a competition before breakfast was served. We asked for a banana or yogurt and the front desk clerk very rudely told us that breakfast wasn't for another 20 minutes and there is nothing she could do. She couldn't disrupt the breakfast staff early...not even for a child...we will not be back.

Hot tub out of service. Some of the front desk were great, some not. Good dining around including chucks just down the hall

Hot tub was broken which we didn’t know about. Couldn’t have a bath because there was no plug. Only thing nice was the bed.

Advertised with hot tub. It was not working. Shower was noisy and air in the pipes. Soap dispenser was broken and lying in tub. Room was not made up and no coffee. Breakfast was cold and mediocre at best. There were no spoons and only plastic silverware.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t cancel my next stay even though I gave lots of notice.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to accommodate any wishes. The continental breakfast was great. A few restaurants nearby. Overall a fantastic experience!

The hot tub was not functioning and the toilets in the rooms are very low...hard for heavy set people to use. Breakfast could have been warmer.

The whole staff was so nice and kind and helpful. We needed more towels at the pool and they immediately filled it up. The breakfast was really yummy. The only issue was the hot tub jets didn’t work but it was still hot and enjoyable.

Staff were very helpful at check in and helping us get settled when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and had us going back for more.

Breakfast was good. Pool and sauna good. Hot tub jets not working but still hot (waiting for part). Lots of places to eat, close by.

Friendly staff. Early check in was appreciated. Adjacent restaurant was convenient.

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly the pool and hot tub were not maintained at all. The floor of the pool had chunks missing. The hot tub was cool and I guess it's cheaper to put up a sign that says the jets do not work instead of fixing the problem

The hotel staff have been amazing each time we have stayed. The breakfast was very nice, but not many gluten free options. The manager did visit us and said he would make note and adjust as soon as possible.

It was lovely except the hot tub was not working. The Chuck's Bar which was connected to hotel, the exhaust fans didnt appear to working as it was very smokey. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfy.

Our Room was very Clean, had a Coffee Maker, Microwave, Good size Bar Fridge.Nice view of the Gazebo and Trees fromour Room on the the Botton Floor facing to the back of the Hotel. Pool was nice and warm, could have been a little Deeper as only about 3 and a half Feet Deep. Hotub was very nice temperature wise, Jets were not operating at the moment but were being in the process of being fixed. 14 Minutes to Casino Rama. Staff were very pleasant and helpful,. Overall a nice Stay.
