I waited 3 hours for them to tell me they only had one pack and play and deliver the other, way past the bed times for the kids, I had to figure something out on the fly, they should have just let me know when i checked in, even though i called 3 weeks in advanced.

The property itself was great. Very clean, very quiet, rooms were excellent. However we experienced something terrible with an employee of the hotel. We had been swimming and the maintenance/pool man had come out to test the pool water. My 2 grandsons were swimming at the other end. He walked over to our chairs where we had Been sitting by the pool and said, I have to throw 2 cups of baking soda into the water because the PH level is a little low but it won’t hurt anyone…. (Here it comes) he continues to say “if anything it will turn those kids white”. Those kids happened to be MY GRANDSONS! , who are black! (Keep in mind, I am white). I don’t think he knew those kids were with us…. What a horrible racist remark. I did tell the front desk at checkout. I really hope they speak to this employee.

Perfect layout for our group of three, easy check in and comfortable beds. We stay here often.

Clean, great location

This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and I think it may be our new favorite hotel! First of all, easy and free parking, check in was a breeze and the hotel smelled clean. Not in an overwhelming "bleachey" kind of way, just an overall clean smell. Our room was spacious with a firm mattress (which we love) and a spacious shower with fantastic water pressure. The morning breakfast had the usual breakfast items and made it easy to start our day off with a healthy breakfast. Location was quiet and no issues. Really loved the hotel and will plan to stay there again next time we're in town.

Great location and really clean and comfortable we had a 2 bedroom suite and felt very comfortable staying.

Very nice spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms! Breakfast was nice. Disappointed with the $4 water bottles however. They were $1 for the same size at the other hotels we stayed at.

Safe and quiet stay in a nice part of town. Many dining options all around, and the hotel was very clean and welcoming.

Stayed at this property for a work convention and was pleasantly surprised. The room far exceeded my expectations in size, comfort and amenities. The staff was polite, and the location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend and will return if I come back to this area.

Handy to shopping

this place was beautiful and the rooms were very large in the bathroom was lovely. In a very strange location, but we managed to get around just fine. The front desk clerk was like lurch from the Addams family. Not helpful at all, never smiled.

Wonderful hotel with a great hot breakfast.

Had an amazing time with friends! Plenty of space kind staff super comfortable beds! The stove wasn’t great. Literally a hot plate and ruined my pasta but other than that it’s perfect!

Our reservation was for a two bedroom, and only a one bedroom with one king bed was available, and that was really a pain in the first night we were there

Excellent and clean room was very happy overall.

Everything was perfect. So clean and updated. People working were super nice. Liked having breakfast available and they keep it full and clean.

I wish more hotels had 2 bedroom suites like Homewood. Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff extremely nice
