Great idea for a hotel so close to the station. Room was perfect and bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was provisioned wonderfully. We will definitely be back.

Staff here were amazing so helpful and friendly. The reason we would come back! Very happy keep luggage before and after check in/out and use lounge and toilet etc waiting for train.

Staff are excellent and housekeeping good. The hotel is well placed for the station. We didn't use the breakfast so can't comment. Rooms are cabin style which means they are a bit smaller than a standard hotel room.

Quick, warm and efficient welcome and check in, superbly located for rail and air travellers as literally 30 seconds from Gare de Nord entry doors. Rooms and communal areas were tastefully presented and our small room had a huge double shower. Comfortable bed and pillows were a bonus for a fussy traveller.

Great staff and room

The proximity to the Gare du Nord can't be beat, and the room--while small--was comfortable and well-appointed with a great bed and pillows and easy to use shower. The bathroom even had a window with a view!

Nothing special, chose because of location.

We had just a one night stay to break up our journey from Strasbourg back to London and Hotel Whistler was extremely convenient on the doorstep of Gare De L'est. The railway theme was quirky and although the room was small it was well designed to make use of the space. The bedroom was clean and comfortable with a spacious shower room. Definitely recommend for a stopover.

Lovely stuff. Convenient rooms. Excellent bathroom. The location is not very atmospheric but excellent if you need to be near the train station.

Convenient location with easy access to Gare Nord/Ouest, friendly staff, love the theme of the hotel (traincar) and all the thoughtful details, rooms in very good condition, quiet despite central locaiton, reasonable breakfast selection, would stay again!

Lift was not working, was not fixed during out entire stay, we had a tiny room Was meant to be celebrating our minimoon but did not feel like it
