Terrible room, pool was filled with 100s of bugs, room was dirty, no blanket provided on the bed, no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans, cracked tile floors. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable and only had a sheet to try and keep warm with. There was constant slaming of doors in the night. I will never stay here again. I chose a cheaper hotels because me and my kids just needed a place to sleep after going to legoland, but it was wat worse than i expected. They also charge you a extra $150 deposit when you check in.

Stayed here as we needed a place for the weekend for Legoland down the road. We booked online it said it had breakfast it no longer does but theres a ihop in front of it. They do not tell you about a 150 deposit until you check in that you get back a few days later If the room is good when checking out. Soon as we walked in bad smell and hot! Turned the ac down went to dinner came back still hot. Slept without the blankets. There are roaches and here is a picture of one that crawled from under the bed and died! I went to tell them and they weren't happy about it which to me shows they knew they had them. Even saw two in the bathroom. The shower barely drained the water it was clogged so had to make it quick. Ended up staying one night not two. Do not stay here even if cheap. It looked like no one was here with how empty the parking lot was.

I got a king suite room 140 for 2 days Pros: -Has a pool -room was in fair condition -had mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and board. -roomservice restocks items without request. -really affordable -hotel is linked to a 24/7 ihop that is less than a minute away by foot. -tv worked very well, same with A/C Cons: -parking lot is terribly small. Avoid the main entrance. -$150 deposit wasnt explained before but is required. Very stiff price for a deposit, i advise doing it in cash. -stains on blanket -hair dryer doesnt work -the free breakfast is an absolute lie. They serve no breakfast here. -bed is uncomfortable, frame is flimsy Affordable hotel that doesnt look half bad. The ihop being connected to the hotel is great and the pool is cool. Parking lot is a nightmare and the bed was kinda gross. For the price, i recommend, but know there is a $150 deposit for the stay, regardless of if you paid on this app

5 min drive to legoland. No continental breakfast, door was hard to open and looked like someone tried to break in, ac unit sucked and had to buy a fan to help (it didn’t), tv was encased in a box so volume sucked (had volume at 60).

The attached iHOP restaurant was nice. Otherwise, the place was barely passable for a motel stay. Recommend for a one-night emergency-type "stay" (i.e. there's no place else and everything is booked and I need a place to sleep) but it certainly isn't worth an extended stay.

Would not recommend, the place is filthy, the room had no deadbolt or chain and was in bad repair. Hair dryer did not work, hot water? Nope! Lukewarm... Stay away, trust me!!!!

Pool was closed, WiFi did not work, rude front desk staff. I booked a hotel with a pool for a reason in FL and I couldn’t even use it. Also got an F for an assignment due to the WiFi not working. Will not return. Door did not seal all the way around the edges. Only one additional in room lock.

I like the staff. They call me when I didn’t check in and I find out that I made a mistake on the day on my reservation. I didn’t like that it show in the link that they have free breakfast and that did not include.

Booked a kitchen and when i got there they said that wasn't what came across on their computer. It sure felt like i got ripped off. Room was basic but the bed was comfy.

My stay was ok. The room was large but the ceiling was in need of repair. Overall not a bad room. The front desk staff was ok at check in and friendly at check out. NO continental breakfast during this time of COVID.

The room was very clean and spacious. When checking in, the office asked for an additional $150 cash deposit which was surprising. Also, there was a tv in the room but no cable to watch anything. The ac barely worked and when checking out the morning office personnel could not find the paperwork showing I paid the cash deposit. It took almost half an hour to finish checking out and get my deposit back which was very frustrating.

I found this motel...confusing. First, the “inn and suites” & pictures of rooms/pool online gave higher expectations than the stay could have met. This is a MOTEL - shady feel/poor service match the stereotype. Upon check-in, we were told a $100 deposit would be charged to our card because we went through a third party (we paid in full online; sign posted states they charge $150). We said okay-and after we paid/signed, were told the pool was closed. Although they have spotlights, they “don’t turn them on, so the pool closes at sundown.” It was 6 pm. The room was pleasant/clean and the furnishings were mostly newish. The couch/curtains were older/stained, but the shower/sink/bedding was making the most of it. The next morning we attempted to swim, but the pool was locked and nobody was at the checkin window. The “Ring for Service” bell was removed. We ate & the pool was still closed at 10:30. I found a phone number posted on the other side of the building and spoke to someone who rudely said checkout was “in 5 minutes,” and questioned why we’d want to swim for 5 minutes. Checkout is 11, so I asked if the pool was open or not? He hung up and came out to say we had to leave AT 11. I said usually you can swim after checkout but that’s fine - we still have 25 min! Would it be possible to check out late? He was very put out but said yes. The pool wasn’t heated but my kids had fun. Some guy drove up and told us if it started raining we had to get out and leave. So weird.
