Buffet was much of a buffet

Was a little disappointed to find out about the $8 Continental Breakfast. Other hotels offer it for free. And you can walk or drive somewhere else and get breakfast meals for less

Staff was amazing and very friendly and the room was pretty good as well. However, the bed was the MOST uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. One in the afternoon checking in and one at 3 am when our airport pick up was. They were informative and we asked a lot of questions.

It was a one night stay and it was satisfying. My family and I went to the pool in the evening then next morning we had a great breakfast. Truly a great experience and thank you to all the staff for making it a great stay.

Michelle at front desk is absolutely precious. I observed her dealing with a rude guest at check in and three of us waiting in line to check in. She never once lost her beautiful smile or professionalism. One of the many reasons I choose to stay here when flying out of Memphis.

Staff was great, hotel is close to many restaurants. The only downside is the proximity to the interstate which was a bit loud at night.

The manager at our location went above and beyond to make sure my room was secured even though we didn’t get to check in until the morning after my reservation began. She didn’t have to do this and could have given away my reservation since she couldn’t get in touch with me. Very pleased!

My stay was good for one night!

Being in town multiple times a year for baseball, our stay this time around was no different than any previous. It was excellent and exactly why we keep staying here when in Southaven. Marshall, front desk coordinator, was excellent in working towards getting us in our room as soon as possible.

Really enjoyed my stay

Will definitely stay here again when we are in town
