Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit.

Room was spacious and spotless. Good size bathroom. Coffee and coffee facilities would have loved a Nespresso machine but..... Bed and pillows really comfortable.

Lovely clean hotel,superb food,very friendly staff.Only thing was our rooms were very cold 14 degrees ,we got it up to 17 by turning on the radiator several times after it switched off,the rest of hotel was very warm and in fairness when we told reception at checkout she said we should have rang down .

Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Only one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom (no extras in the wardrobe) despite booking a room for two people. Food in the restaurant was not served hot, which was disappointing. It was edible but would have been better hot.

Stay was nice, room was very big and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Shower was a bit small but did the job. Breakfast is my only complaint it was awful. The fruit was turning in the bowl and the cheeses were hard on the edge. The whole thing looked unappealing. Didn’t continue to browse the rest. Just left immediately. It was apparent that if the fruit was bad the rest could not be good.

The restaurant had a good variety to choose food. The food was good and tasty. The staff were friendly and assisted with whatever we needed. There was enough spaces to park your car in without feeling cramped. Overall would definitely go back there.

Quickly through friendly check in, room ready even though arrived a bit early. Good lunch options in large bar & restaurant area. Short walk into town.

Highly recommended! Beautiful and clean hotel! Room is spacious and hotel is gorgeous!

Toilet didn’t plush, hot and no AC, phone in the room doesn’t work. Front desk told us to lift the lid of the toilet or use a bucket of water to flush. Oh and the toilet doesn’t have a lid. Had to show them a picture of the toilet… that’s where the idea of a bucket of water came into play.

Convenient location

From the greeting at reception to leaving the hotel all i can say is it was one of the nicest, friendliest, cleanest hotel i stayed in. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the food was outstanding The owner mingled with guests both at dinner and breakfast time and was a lovely person.
