Je séjourne régulièrement au Campanile de Sablé-sur-Sarthe dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, familial. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. C’est un point de chute fiable et agréable pour les voyageurs fréquents. Le restaurant sur place est une belle surprise : cuisine simple mais savoureuse, avec des buffets bien garnis. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, parfait pour démarrer la journée.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre pour cause de sécurité est une bonne chose même s’il fait chaud Excellente literie, des dames très accueillantes à la réception Pour des raisons d’horaires je ne suis pas allée au petit déjeuner

Personnel très sympathique, avenant et souriant. Séjour agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable avec ses oreillers à memoire de forme.

Yet again, Hotels.com failed to mention a potential charge for the dog. This is about the sixth or seventh time that this has happened. Also, in this particular hotel, dogs were not allowed into the bar area or even the reception area. This would have proved impossible if I had been travelling alone!! Hotels.com - Please be more specific in future and if you don't know the rules - find out before posting the hotel on your site

C'est vraiment très moyen, niveau confort pas de thermostat de température dans la chambre, le chauffage se regle sur le vieux radiateur electrique directement, du coup, reveillé dans la nuit tellement il faisait chaud. Aeration de nuit ca reveille, réglage en tâtonnant ( ca prend beaucoup de temps et c'est pas ecolo du tout). Chauffage dans la salle de bain est juste une blague, un bloc digne de d’une hotel soviétique de la guerre froide, le potentiomètre tourne en partie dans le vide, en partie en craquant, la aussi il faut tourner au hasard. Bref retour aux années 1980, si vous aimez le vintage vous pouvez le tenter. Pas de seche cheveux dans la salle de bain ! Pas de clim, l'été ca ne doit pas être terrible.

Probably the worst dinner we have ever had in France. The recompense was that we were not charged for two cold cups of coffee! Our faith in Campanile has been dented after many years of use.

Wireless signal is the only inconvenience that I found, the include the free connection on your stat, but signal from WiFi is too poor.

A warm enough check in and a very pleasant and clean room. Having trouble with car. Sought advice on location of local dealership and a local map. Neither made available. He simply lacked the initiative or desire to help. Went to the restaurant for the evening meal only to be advised that it was closed. No warning or apology. Shower drain blockage caused an overflow and flooding the following morning. Breakfast was nothing short of disgraceful. A moth in the fruit bowl followed by stale bread motivated me to bring it to the managers attention. I advised her it was the worst experience in our 3 months of travel and not worth the money we paid.. She made no apology and showed no interest.

Comfy bed clean and friendly but no access for hair dryer by mirror.Only had breakfast which was OK but not much variety.

Good Place to stay..small, calm and quiet....staff is very nice and food is ok.

Personnel génial, établissement super propre, chambre superbe, la literie est top. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Un établissement pour se reposer au top pas de bruit je recommande vivement.
