Toilet didn't flush and there was no soap in dispenser. We did get moved when we reported this. Noisy people above us, kept us awake until after midnight. Bed not comfortable and mattress was noisy every time we turned over. Basic breakfast but adequate. Staff friendly and helpful Cheap

Very old hotel, door makes creeking noise and horrible locking system. We booked as a family of 4 and we were offered 2 rooms on different floors, how convenient with young kids. However the staff Ahmed was really kind and helpful he manage to sort our rooms on same floor but still bit too far. The rooms are on the outside of the building something I haven't seen before anywhere. Breakfast was just basic bread and toast with hot and cold drinks no corriosants. The staff in the morning offering breakfast was also really kind and helpful. Overall it was an okish experience, not too impressed by the hotel but happy with staff.

Good morning, what's going wrong in that hotel? It cannot be true that people celebrate here until 4:30 am! Update: The staff at the reception is very helpful, professional and polite. My concern was taken seriously and resolved very quickly. Highly recommended because of the competent staff!!!!! Thanks a lot 👍

The least kept up of many Premiere Classe hotels that I have stayed at. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Buy some paint and some more cleaning supplies.
