I booked this hotel understanding that there was a free breakfast. Turns out "breakfast available" is different than "free breakfast"

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies each evening were scrumptious! It was also close to restaurants and shops!

Pool stain on the wall. They refused to provide a cot. My kids couldn’t sleep on the sofa bed because it was so thin. Blood on the pillow and stains on the sheets.

We really liked the room and would have loved to spend another night. The night desk person told us breakfast was served at 6:30, but there was no breakfast. We were confused….

The description of amenities states refrigerator in the room. This is not true, there is a cooler, it will cool for 2 hours and cut off for 8. When I asked about medication they offered to keep my meds at the front desk fridge..ummm no thanks.
