Dirty rooms, little help from reception. Was told if we had only booked through them and not Expedia, we woild have had a better room! Not true, Expedia is awesome! It was a terrible experience there.

Tad confusing to navigate parking and access to some rooms since it is separated sections of guest rooms. Great access to spa area. Signage could be better on how to do the thermal circuits. Towels at spa are small and not absorbent. Parking was good. Our room was a bit dated but very spacious and comfortable. All staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The Spa was excellent but I would not book a balcony room again The street noise was awful and the room we had was clean but the air conditioner was very loud also Overall the stay was acceptable. The Harwood Restaurant was exceptional and the food to die for

Great pool and spa.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Temple Gardens! The highlight of my visit was definitely the spa—I especially loved my mud wrap and facial, which were both incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy the mineral pool throughout my stay. The adults-only swim time in the evening was a wonderful addition, and I really appreciated that the pool opened at 7:00 a.m. exclusively for hotel guests. It made for such a peaceful start to the day. I enjoyed my experience so much that I’ve already booked another stay for Christmas, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

Our room was very dated and stains on all the furniture, carpet and walls. Also there was no soap in the bathroom. I went to complain and ask for a new room. The person told me they were full gave me a bar a soap and said that the room I am in hasn’t been Reno and when I book on hotels.com it automatically puts me in the older rooms. I was shocked to hear that. The new spa was nice but I got in trouble for bringing drinks even though there was no sign. I explained that to the manager and she said they must have taken it down during construction. Still needs some work not sure I will be back.

It was great having our own balcony to enjoy the fresh air and open up the door and sit outside. Not many hotels offer a balcony unless you have a suite and it was included in our standard room. The pools were wonderful, so relaxing and enjoyable. They were very large giving you lots of room to soak and you could either be indoors or outdoors. It was especially nice having a lovely robe provided so you could change in your own room and just stroll over to the pool. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Recommend checking in early to guarantee a spot in the parking lot

This is a 3 star hotel. Air conditioning was plugged because it was dirty and did not work. This hotel is terribly outdated

All was good. Coolest indoor and outdoor pool with cold plunge and saunas. Is under construction. Unable to use the exercise equipment.

Great location if you want to check out Moosejaw.

They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said anything about it - just handed me the paper with the charge on it. I would have been fine with the charge if I have been told ahead of time. My mom stayed at the hotel as well and did not get charged for parking.. so not sure how you can charge one guest and not another.

Overall our room was clean and comfortable, but a little bit on the worn side (we understand that the new owners are working hard to refurbish everything, they just hadn't got to our wing yet). The Spa is delightful, and the staff throughout the property are great. The only real downside to our stay was our experience with the dining room. We were told we wouldn't need a reservation (by the morning shift dining room staff), yet when we got to the dining room for dinner they said we should have had one, and the dining room was practically empty! There was 1 table of maybe a dozen, and 1 table of 2. After we rejected the suggestion that we eat in the lounge they seated us. Dinner was okay and the service was good, and when we left, there was still the big table and a new table of 2. It wasn't the worst of experiences, but it put a little sour note on our stay. We are planning to stay again, and would recommend the property.

Room was very clean and bright. Sadly this time I was not able to access the amenities, but plan to next time.
