The room was a bit dated but well kept and clean.

pools were closed for Renos didn't affect us maybe next time in will be able to use them

I booked a room to take my sister to the spa for her birthday. The spa, the pool were closed. I understand renovations are a must for up keep. Expedia should have informed travellers when booking that the pool and spa were closed. Needless to say it wasn’t a very happy birthday. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me, I then asked her to take a minute and talk to a customer with more respect. She said “I can’t open the pool just for you. “

The room was clean and balcony had a great view of the park

We booked this hotel with the intention of enjoy the spa, but unfortunately Expedia did not tell us that the pool was under renovation, and was closed. We’re disappointed because of that. We checked in at the building across from the spa building. This side is little out dated. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable. But the sound proof of the rooms was not too sound proof., we can hear the people next door.

Under renovations and they don’t tell you that until after you book through Expedia. No gym open and no pool. The old rooms are crappy save your money and stay somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel

The pictures are misleading. Paint was peeling. Our shower head was falling out of the wall. The sink looked like it was starting to fall apart. Parking was super confusing. Won’t be back there again.

King suite was great and quite clean, however the Jacuzzi needed a better scrub. Front desk staff was rude, and also did not tell me that there was a parking fee, until I asked why I was charged. Unfortunately they did not tell me that the spa/pool was closed for renovations until after I booked my reservation, but they did give me the option for a free cancelation because of it, as well as this was reflected in the price. Also - FYI you cannot order food to your room. Overall, I had a great stay, but the staff could be friendlier.

Temple Gardens is in need of updating. Its location is premium and once pool renovations are complete will offer er great amenities. The room was less than expected.

Beautiful hotel in a great area of the city across from a lovely park!

Our room was lovely and had a wonderful little balcony with a pretty view of the park and gardens. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, having the park steps away and just around the corner from Main Street. We had known in advance that the mineral pool was closed so that was understandable but we were not informed that the restaurant on site was closed as well and we were disappointed by this lack of information.

The property is a wonderful place to stay and we were in a recently renovated room and they were doing many more renovations including the pool which was unfortunate!! I’d still highly recommend this hotel.

Needs ugrading

They called it a renovated room….yes it needed renovations…burn in carpet….desk and most furniture worn to worn out ….half pool closed….still charged full rates …not impressed 0

the room was awesome customer service was great and a special about to Btad at front reception. also special thank you to Maintenance for fixing our door right away. the hot mineral spa was so very relaxing and wonderful. I would recommend thos resort as a must visit i would definitely come back. thank you temple gardens for a most wonderful stay

It was nice and clean the only down side was the sauna and outdoor pool wasn’t open but only because of the renovations going on so was to be expected

Our stay was disappointing. A listed amenity is the outdoor pool. We understand that there is a large commitment and investment to upgrade this property but the outdoor pool wasn't available and there was incredibly loud construction happening. We noted that construction was anticipated to start at the end of May in the lisfing however, that wasn't changed in the listing despite it having started early May impacting our stay and others that we communicated with. We were told that because we booked third party that there could be no remedy. The room was very dated. My husband did have a good experience with a service he booked. I ordered breakfast from the restaurant and it was also very disappointing.
