Was clean and comfortable, was in the annex, beware of a flight of stairs if your not very mobile.

Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay Female staff were friendly and helpful But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money

You had to read every notice to see how everything works, wanted to check out before 10am didn't know how to read the notice to late, bathroom had a leek, keys not funting property had to change them so able to us safe had to 6€ for use. Won't be going again

Stayed here several times, always find the accommodation comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Allocated room 308 on arrival, nice room, however a continuous problem with drain smell in the bathroom which we reported everyday. The smell was vile, and although cleaning staff put bleach down the drains it did not cure the problem. Therefore my stay for this holiday was not as good as any previous stays.

Great location and everything you need in the apartment. We will definitely be returning.

First time staying and would stay again. Great location, clean and tidy. Would book a 3 bed next time as room is a bit bigger

I was pleased with the apartment it was in a perfect position for the shops and bars. Outside was very noisy with bars and shops underneath however once the patio door was closed I couldn’t hear anything they were obviously soundproof

Lovely welcoming staff. Apartments very clean, spacious and with all the amenities you would expect. Rooms are well sound insulated, and you are in a prime location. Would i recommend?.... Yes! Would i stay again?.... Definitely a yes, even contemplating booking now even though i left just this morning!!

The studio was great. It is near the beach, neat to a lot of restaurants and clubs and in the same moment quiet. WiFi was a bit slow at some moments.

Started off really badly as our flight was delayed Arrived at about 11pm and had to use automated check in as no one in reception Very difficult to use as did not recognise passports and touch screen poor Finally got a key card and a receipt for our first night nights room payment Could not get into building with this card and another guest let us in to try to get into the room which we thought we had booked Could not get into this room so rang the sister hotel for instructions They did not understand and gave us another key card which my wife had to walk about 200 yards while I was on the landing with two heavy cases This key card did not work so rang sister hotel and receptionist could not understand problem so he had to ring offsite for advice Came back with that we were in the wrong building but did not know where we should be Rang offsite again and told the apartment we should be trying was SOMEWHERE FURTHER UP THE STREET BUT HE WASN'T SURE WHERE SO WE SHOULD WALK UP AND DOWN THE STREET WITH OUR CASES UNTIL WE FOUND IT ! We eventually found it by chance as a doorway 100 yards away Key card worked and we got in and eventually found our room and got in ONE AND A HALF HOURS AFTER ARRIVING AT THE APARTMENTS WE THOUGHT WE HAD BOOKED TIRED AND FED UP AT 12 AM IN THE MORNING TO AN APARTMENT WITH A DIFFERENT NAME TO OUR BOOKING !!!! A BIG TIP HERE DO NOT ARRIVE ON A LATE FLIGHT IN EARLY JUNE AS THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO HELP Cannot fault apartments but their system needs a lot moreclarity

Very happy with our choice. Great for location and was a very pleasant stay. We had a room at the rear or the building which was quiet. It has a smaller balcony with no sunbed but we had the use of the terrace if we wanted. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This made checking in a breeze. Also were able to leave our luggage while we had the last few hours in Benidorm. Location is spot on. Near to beach, shops and restaurants. Great area. Will definitely book again
