Easy access to Lackland AFB.

Hotel was a decent stay. Building looking older. Attempt made to keep it up but still shows. No free breakfast. No free coffee. Starbucks in lobby didn't know how to make a decent cup of coffee. Wouldn't have minded if it didn't cost $4 for a black coffee and had to wait 7min for it. Industrial area behind building. Closed restaurant next door keeps outside a little blah. Stay was adequate for my stay in the area. Just more than I would have liked to have paid.

Got screwed by the staff charging me 3 different authorizations, but they promised to fix it so hopefully it happens.

Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Only two things (although minor) that I’d recommend for improvement: include more USB ports and include free continental breakfast. The Bistro was very nice, but the breakfast options were limited and should be complimentary, like many other hotels.

Check in clerk exceptional. Restaurant man not so ..... snobby. Beds were very comfy. Room immaculate. Main complaint... no complimentary coffee. Horrendous that this franchise wouldnt offer free coffee at least. Some door jam framing missing on exit doors. Looks bad. Lication was good for Lackland AFB.

The room was amazing, clean, quiet and all the staff was super nice.
