It was pretty terrible… we arrived, there’s no one at the desk just self check in, we got our key… went to our room and it had not been cleaned since the last guest, bedding everywhere and covered in tissues etc. so, we then had to walk to the other side of the industrial park to speak to the desk of another hotel that are apparently servicing that hotel also? We went… got the key without any apology…. Walked back, dragged the suitcase upstairs…. Key didn’t work…. Went back across the estate… new key… didn’t work again. We had to then leave our door unlocked while we waiting for them to resolve it. The rooms were small, run down and the bathrooms were like some sort of camping bathroom. It was terrible. I would have given 1 star, but I gave 2 because one woman who worked there named Beatrix was apologetic, helpful and sympathetic.

No towels, very dirty room and bath. Wouldnt recommend it for more than one night. Dont be fooled by the pictures posted for this hostel. In Reality it doesnt look that good at all.

On arrival, we must went to another bylding like half kilometer away, then small rooms and even smaller bathroom and the beds, total of 2 for three people. I woke up in the middle of night because my roomate has layed on me. Than there is super cold even there is radiator. Air cooler only makes air hot and the owner said that we can't go to breakfast so we need to go shopping early in the morning. Only one think save that and thats location right next to some super market. I do not recommend this "Hotel" at all!

The door of the WC didn’t even close and the room was dirty, the only good point is the location.

I know that a lot of the reviews for this hotel are not great but I quite like this place. The rooms are small so consider that when booking but for the price it is good. It is in a great place for morning strolls (pretty villages and fields) and runs. It is a 10 minute drive from the Swiss border you can stay here and go there every day. Breakfast is in a different hotel but only a 50m walk. When we entered the room a light was flickering. We called them up and within 5 minutes a technician came round and fixed it. However, it is a self check in hotel. The say there are people on the frost desk during certain hours on the day but this is not true. If you want to speak to someone don't come here. Overall a great place and would come again. 😀
