Love the huge room and bathroom. We didn't like the excessive noise from the construction going on in the casino area.

Would have been nice if they were more considerate of our travel itinerary

I was upset at the lack of restaurants in the building, but I'm not going to complain about it. The room was great, the shower was amazing for this country gal 😀.

WiFi was spotty, prior guest property still in closet(shoes), floor lamp was broken, chair upholstery needs repaired. Needed vacuumed. Bathroom was clean and beds were clean.

Great hotel. By far the nicest out of the casinos and nicer than most hotels in the same price range. We love the rewards that Penn offers as well.

Casino was great property was great but bad parking enterances and no breakfast in the mornings o great showers

The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space. We did not eat on the property though.

Someone had vomited outside where the games and fire pits are, still there the next day. Entire area very dirty.

The room was good but the casino has old machines and the food restaurant selection is horrible. Please bring back the BUFFET

It was a pleasant stay.

The property is nice but the rooms are showing their age.

When we first got to the hotel we were unable to check in due to system being down which ok computers go down but when we asked if they could call us when we could check in, they refused and said “no we will not call you, you will need to come back to the front desk every 30 minutes” to see if they can check us in. Then when we got to our room we had no phone service and the WiFi did not work. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
