The room was horrible faced a roof top and facing rooms across the roof. No view there were no tissues in room no washcloths no refreiderator not a pen or a pad of paper. The safe was broken and a drawer in the desk was broken as well. I have stayed there before any I was very disappointed The only good thing I can say is the breakfast was good

Overall, the property is fantastic. It is about 10 minutes walk from the station, 2-3 minutes walk from the river and all the restaurants. The room was super nice, clean and descent sized. The only thing that left a bit if bitter taste in our mouths was they made us pay for the coffee in the lounge and they wanted to charge us per hour for late checkout. Nothing too bad. But felt like nickeling and diming. We enjoyed our stay immensity.

Clean room good breakfast

Great staff, clean room and great location!

We checked in late, around 2130, check in was very easy and provided us food before the bistro closed in the hotel at 2200. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We left before breakfast was served but we were able to take bread and cold cuts as well as coffee with us. One of the best places we have stayed.

The bath was broken and the staff were not so helpful in offering another bath

Air conditioning didn't work. We had to have the window open and there was considerable noise from the street late into the night.

Clean hotel with fabulous breakfast choices

AC was not working and had a fan on a stand sitting in room. Was stuffy because the weather was warm outside. The safe didn’t work could not lock. The breakfast is ver nice with a nice variety of food and overall hotel Is clean and quiet at night. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Clean and modern

An overnight stay for a sporting event. Reception staff kitted out with their team’s scarves! Lovely friendly and efficient. Used the onsite restaurant and that was fine also. An easy walk from the train station.

Great hotel- started in a very spacious and clean family room. Good facilities and well equipped- funky decor too. Lovely breakfast.
