The staff were amazingly good dealing with both of us who did not French . They helped us all the time . The rooms were well equipped and very clean The experience has made us highly recommend this setting to others It was a very good choice to stay there

Location is excellent. The room was clean. The staff were nice. However, the dining room was a bit small, and the breakfast was very simple. Overall, it is good.

Location is not the best, pay parking is across the street, and a little pricey

The refrigerator in the hotel did not work and I was without having the refrigerator which I needed for food that I want to eat because I am vegan

Property was Ina good location. Issue was the construction taking place right in front of the hotel. Also, the air conditioning could be much better and the breakfast room much bigger. Overall a good location with renovated clean rooms but improvements can be made.

No parking facilities. The nearest car park available can be accessed by walking almost half a km. I had to carry and walk all the way to the hotel and backforth especially under the scorching sun.

Room and bathroom clean and bed and bedding comfortable. Quiet. Coffee machine excellent, breakfast minimal. Central location close to metro, parks, interesting areas. Parking at going rate across the street.

Everything was amazing Staff was very friendly, decent layout, very straightforward with finding everything. Had great options for breakfast especially as a picky eater.. I was able to eat more than a muffin, which is better than I can say about others haha,, Literally the only thing that was uncomfortable was how warm it got sometimes, but it would cool down after a little. Overall a great hotel for a great price.

Overall good

We stayed here while attending Osheaga Music Fest. It's an easy walk from Berri-uQAM station. You take the metro from there- direct to the festival. There is an underground parking lot directly across the street from the hotel. $20/ 24 hours. The entire city area is under construction - so the street is down to one way. This isn't the hotels fault and we had no problem getting in or out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were super comfortable. That's all we needed! We were exhausted from the day. The rooms are on the smaller size. The whole hotel is- it's an older place. The room and bathroom had been updated. The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced. So if you aren't looking for fancy but a clean, convenient place to stay- this fits.

Location of hotel was ideal in gay friendly neighborhood, poor A/C with no in room control of temperature, no ice available, rude staff, public parking garage across the street for about $15/day.

The carpet was dirty and the abandoned building across the street looks terrible. It is falling apart. The parking garage is under it, which is actually a nice parking garage. The breakfast is good with a good variety of food.

Front desk girl was efficient and informative. Room was clean. Can't ask for much more.

Visited Montreal for a concert with the family. Nice clean and comfortable room and great service during check in. Sure to stay again for a future visit to town.

Reception was great- first room offered had strong smoke odour, which I don’t mind too much, but she insisted on giving me another room, which was nice. No A/C controls in room, no light over shower so a bit dark in there, multiple cigarette burns on tub. Good quality towels, great mattress. Lots of badly stained carpets in stairwells and hallways.
