It's close to the beach. The dinner buffet is very good.

This is a clean, tidy, well run hotel full of staff that want to please the guests without being over the top. Nothing it too much trouble for the staff especially Rosendo who was especially helpful and pleasant and a credit to the hotel. The hotel has 2 lovely pools, a hot outdoor jacuzzi, games room and a very nice bar with TV screens for football or whatever is top at the time. Food is buffet style, plenty of choice though im typically English and did not always find something that I could eat and my only other comment is that it could have been hotter. The rooms as a good size, they all have very good air conditioning and plenty of instant hot water. Room service was perfect, everything was in place every day, all swept and cleaned perfectly. The hotel is a short walk from town and beach.

The reception of this building has been refurbished but that's all as the bedrooms are a health and safety nightmare.Fire doors between floors and stairwell wedged open with closes peg the auto system not working,room door entry system that requires a torch to lock your room at night!.The balcony is a potential death trap with badly rusted low railings.The door and panel on to the balcony are glazed with plane glass not safety glass and as I was pulling the curtain open on our last morning the main panel exploded leaving me with cuts to my head,hands and legs .Had I not moved back I may have been more seriously injured and I dread to think what would happen if a child bumped into these panels.After the indecent I asked the receptionist why they did not have safety glass in the windows but she seamed not to know and was a bit shocked and I was not offered any assistance even through I was clearly bleeding!The food served was of a very poor standard and the staff seamed more interested in selling you drink.The sun loungers are well past their expiry date and the pool area does not get much sun.This building does not merit the 3 star rating it has.

Great hotel. excellent hotel for children. Literally a stones throw from the beach and front. Close to shops. Rooms are basic but clean and funtional

The hotel was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful . Lovely food nice upstairs swimming pool n on level swimming pool lift to all floors . Our room had a lovely sea view . It was only a few min walk to sea front. Gift shops n cafe accros the road from hotel. Breakfast lunch and diner was lovely. Every thing was great had a wonderful time

Staff were very pleasant and a joy to deal with. Staff were very welcoming and most spoke a variety of languages, they were always smiling. We had a double room on the 9th floor with a mountain view and the balcony which got the afternoon sun. It was very clean, quiet enough and beds were comfortable. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Blanes Markets (recommended too!) No issues at all with this hotel, it was perfect. We would gladly go back. Our stay was very enjoyable, relaxing and easy. Thanks!

you can see that furniture is older but hotel is absolutely clean with happy stuff. free wifi only in day-bar & lobby. we were little bit missing minibar & heat-can. two minutes from see. With pool and playroom makes it perfect for families.

The hotel is relatively well placed within walking distance from the beach. Uncomfortable bed, small and old-fashioned TV, the hotel's facilities are below average for a 3 star hotel, there is a parking problem. Staff are kind and good.

It was quite pleasant to hear that receptionists speak very good English, since it is not very common there. Everybody was very helpful and friendly and that was really nice! Location was fine - close to residential houses (quiet area) and the beach. Facilities as well as rooms are very old and need serious renovation. I don’t eat meat, so there was very limited choice for me at the breakfast, and it was not tasty at all I should say. One more funny thing - though the hotel rooms are equipped with electronic locks guests still have to lock them with usual keys… Quite an odd thing… I didn’t knew this and I left my door opened in the first day. Nothing was stolen and when I was back in the evening the hotel staff kindly explained me that I should do when I leave the hotel :)…

Servicio comedor más que correcto, colchón cama bueno se echó en falta poder tener un segunda almohada. Habitación pequeña pero suficiente. Cuarto de baño anticuado con mini bañera para ducharse

Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, los colchones no son cómodos y el desayuno aceptable. El personal muy amable.

La comida muy repetitiva sin mucha variedad

Pese a haber solicitado una plaza de parking al hacer la reserva, al llegar me dijeron que no había plazas libres. Con todo, finalmente se solucionó satisfactoriamente. Dado los problemas de aparcamiento en la población, es importante saber que se tiene una plaza garantizada.

es un hotel sencillo,bien comunicado , al lado de la playa , buena comida por el.precio q tiene . Lo que no me gusto es q hay una piscina muy grande y no se puede aprovechar pq esta sucia y la otra es muy pequeña. Faltan hamacas tb .

Es un hotel muy correcto, sin lujos, pero con todo lo necesario... no tuvimos ningún problema, incluso atendieron todas nuestras peticiones con rapidez...
