This was an Excellent Hotel in a convenient location in Barcelona!

VEry convinient, right next to a Shopping center with many stores and restaurants

Looked after us really well with an upgrade and cava and food gifts in the room as we arrived as newlyweds. Really nice experience.

Got to the room only for it do be left with a dirty bathroom. Hair left in bathtub and sink. Then the sink plug was faulty and didn’t drain so they changed our room to a better one but this flush in the toilet had lack of power. Was crap but I had enough and left it. I’ve stayed here before and was perfect hense why I went to same hotel again. But moving forward I think a different hotel will have to do.

The hotel itself is faultless. It really is a 4 star hotel. The staff were really friendly and professional, the room was spacious, exceptionally clean and great amenities. The air con worked amazingly well in the unusually hot weather (hot even for Barcelona apparently). We relied on public transport so it wasn’t as quick and easy to pop from the hotel to the city centre etc but this is by no means a negative to the hotel - just good for others to be aware of.

4th time in the NH Constanza and definitely my favorite hotel in the neighborhood. Always booking the premium room and this is always super quiet.

Great hotel

Overall a good hotel with excellent service and an excellent breakfast. However, the rooms need urgent refreshing and renovation.

Gluten free options for breakfast!

First the AC does NOT work, there is currently a heat wave in Europe and the AC doesnt work properly, told the lady at the front desk and she was just like hmmm. The beds are uncomfortable and the room decor looks like a hospital room. This hotel was a complete dissapointment.

Lovely hotel, great staff, clean rooms and great amenities!

Our room was clean, staff were helpful and although we only paid for breakfast on day one, it was very nice. We originally booked as breakfast was included but upon arrival were told it wasn’t and it was €19 per person additional charge. The spa facilities were nice, yet basic and the roof top pool was small, compared with the size of the hotel. The hotel is situation in the grounds of a lovely shopping centre which was a bonus with places to eat and drink all around. Short taxi journey €13 into Barcelona La Ramblas which is convenient.

Good location

This is a very good hotel. Breakfast was very good, enough options and good quality. Room was very nice and spacious. The shower was not the best feature. Our room only had a tub with a handheld shower head, while the other room did had a tub and a regular shower, which for me is better. Location is not the best but you can always use metro and buses to move closer to the city center and main attractions. It is, though, close to the Camp Nou if you are a Barca fan.
