When I arrived to check in, the staff informed me they were upgrading my room. However, I didn't like the room on the upper floor, so I told them I didn't need an upgrade and wanted to keep my original room. The receptionist said they were out of the room I had booked and automatically upgraded me. I had no other choice. However, when I went to my room and saw the view of the adjacent plot of land with a small shack, which I didn't like, I called the reception to request a room change. They then managed to arrange the exact same room I had originally booked and moved me to it within 5 minutes. I disliked the unprofessional behavior of the staff initially, and the hotel shouldn't have upgraded me without my prior consent. Upgrading a room isn't always a customer's request.

This is my second time here and I still feel great. The resort's facilities and restrooms are good, and they provide snacks and small meals for the children. The resort is close to the beach, so my family and I can enjoy ourselves freely. I will definitely come back if I have the chance!

The resort looks more luxurious and beautiful in person than in the pictures. The food selection is also more diverse than Asteria and Muine Bay.

It was fantastic! The service from A to Z was great, the rooms were beautiful, and the service was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that the hairdryer was attached to the toilet. The food was a bit salty; the spaghetti I had was too salty and sour, not my taste at all.

This place made our family vacation perfect, from the lush green, breezy, clean environment and well-maintained landscaping; the staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic in assisting guests; the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was constantly refilled; there was a private beach with continuous metal detection and sand leveling during beach time; there were many swimming pools; there were many useful activities scheduled at fixed times by the resort, and the prices booked through the app were also very reasonable… My whole family loved it here, see you again soon, my dear! 😍

There's a great pub with live music on weekend evenings. The staff, from the reception to the garden, rooms, beach, and pool, are all friendly, making it a safe and comfortable place for families with young children.
