Fab hotel staff

Hotel and room were clean but no coffee and tea facilities in my room. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi and chase my hotel transfer. Breakfast and staff were good too. Special mention to Maria Jose, who was smiley and very helpful. Breakfast was varied with warm food, fruit, yoghurt and pastries.

Una sola noche pero suficiente para saber que si regreso a Valencia los escogeria nuevamente.

Lit confortable, climatisé pas très puissante, chaud dans la chambre. Malheureusement une petite odeur dans la chambre et corridor moins intéressant. Un petit parfum Délicat d’ambiance aurait été apprécié considérant la beauté de lieux. Piscine et aménagement près de La piscine ainsi que Lobby magnifique

We had a 1 night stay here, the hotel is ok location but not in the city. Close enough to the beach, reception was clean and staff friendly. The room was large and bathroom also, the room is a bit dated. Ok for a 1 nighter...

Very good

Well positioned hotel with a pool. Great buffet breakfast. Room a good size with a nice bathroom and shower. Aircon worked well. Pool was small but we always found a seat in the afternoon and managed to have a swim/cool down. Many bars and eating places around this area, also on several bus routes. Opposite a large department store with a supermarket in the basement. Overall a great place to stay in Valencia.

This was what looks like a top notch hotel, but there were some issues. The air conditioning didn’t allow you to alter the temperature, which meant the room never got below 80 degrees Fahrenheit. There is no way to see the temperature or to alter it much. The pool was cloudy with hairballs so me and my daughter were grossed out and didn’t swim. On the other side, the rooms were nice and the building was fancy. I heard a celebrity was staying there. But in the end, when I read air conditioning, I expected temperature control. I have trouble sleeping in a hot room and I wanted to swim in the pool. Knowing that València is hot and the reasons I booked this specific hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location of this hotel is outstanding! Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible, as well as taxis and public transportation. The front desk was always welcoming and extremely friendly, the breakfast (highly recommended) staff was always, quick, helpful and knowledgeable. The pool area was clean and there's plenty of space to lounge. Having a fridge in the room is very nice too.

Fräscht hotell med toppenläge, man kan hyra cykel och ta sig fram med lätt på stan och till stranden. Tryggt område med bra butiker, sevärdheter, restauranger & bussar som tar dig till olika ställen i stan och ner till stranden. Alltid rent på rummet, frukosten var toppen och även frukostpersonalen.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the Hotel. From the house keeping to the restaurant food and staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful. Very happy and comfortable all the way through our stay. The room service could offer a cooked breakfast rather than just continental. Definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Clean, very good sized room. Spa was really enjoyable, and the pool was decently sized
