Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff

I like the style and decoration of this hotel. The pool area is nice; the rooftop terrace is big with a view of Mt. Vesuvius; the front desk is efficient; and breakfast is good. Plus a good restaurant is just across the street.

We had a great stay at Hotel Zi Teresa, lovely staff and clean & comfortable rooms. Great location so easy to walk into the heart of Sorrento. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

Decent hotel. Outdated decor but didn’t affect the cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant across the street is amazing! The shopping area is about a 10 min walk. Would stay again.

Zi Teresa lived up to the pictures, we had a triple room, double bed was huge. Good central location, 5 min from station, 10 from centre.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Most staff were very friendly & helpful. The roof was nice…but the bar selection was limited. It is located a short walk from many areas that were nice to visit.

One thing that annoyed me the was after given directions to the beach I was told not to come back up the same way because it would be very hard climbing the steps. I was given directions another way that lead us through an area where the ferry’s come in and all the shops were. Only problem was it was just as many steps back up to the roadway were you can catch a bus. This was a lot more walking and climbing. I feel we were told to go this way only to try and get us to the shopping the area.when I told the lady at the front desk that it would have been easier just to come back the way we went she said” for you maybe “. The way back was extremely difficult. I don’t recommend that anyone do this.I feel this was just a money grab.

We stayed at Zi Teresa during our Sep 2024 Italy trip with kids. Hotel is amazing - it has friendly staff , clean and spacious rooms , great breakfast , swimming pool and terrace to chill. Location is just 7-8 mins walk from train station and 15 mins walk from the main beach. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Found all as described. Staff friendly and helpful. Most understand English well. Walking distance to main square and restaurants.
