I had stayed here before on a number of occasions but if this has been my first experience I would not have returned. Very small, bare single room. The bed was the hardest I have ever experienced and the shower cubicle the smallest imaginable. There was black mould in the shower and the curtain so short that the bathroom floor got soaked. However, breakfast was good, the staff friendly and it is very convenient for the railway station - fine for a one night stay.

Location is great, underground parking is very convenient but this is an older hotel so be aware of the hard mattress and not so comfortable pillows. It's very clean.

Location was ok but the rooms are very outdated as well as the hotel as a whole. Our room had a musty smell even after opening the balcony door and blasting the AC. Basically, you get what you pay for. It was clean and simply a place to sleep - however I would not book here again.

Very convenient location in Tropea.

Beds were very flat and left a lot to be desired. The sheets however were a welcome refuge and were very soft and clean. The air conditioning worked wonderfully! The outlets in the room were not working and we had to use the one in the bathroom to charge everything. The hairdryer… stuck in the 80’s, however it did the job. Service is wonderful and the workers are very kind!

It was close to the beach, staff very pleasant and breakfast was good. Hotel also has a dining room where you can go as an option. The food and service was very good. The room was good for the value and clean. Our stay was good.

This hotel is well placed, between the train station and town centre, making it really convenient (also has garage parking, something that is a real bonus in Tropea) while only a couple of minutes walk to the start of the Main Street and shops. Staff are friendly are the breakfast adequate. My single room was a ‘genuine’ single, very compact, but with balcony and a wonderful view, something rare for a single!

Nice little hotel close to the city centre of Tropea and train station within walking distance - very friendly staff and good services - it was perfect for my short holidays in Calabria

The hotel is located 5 minutes on foot from the railway station and from the centre, 10 minutes to the beach. It is an older hotel, but very well maintained. Room is of a reasonable size, has a balcony and a window in the bathroom. Breakfast is fine, standard 3* variety. At the beginning of October, unbeatable value for money ratio for my stay.

Not too far from the railway station and close to the centre of the old town, all the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, particularly Vincenza who seemed to be a permanent fixture behind the reception desk. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. The wifi reception was good and the buffet breakfast excellent. I could not recommend it more highly.

Great location to tourist area and resturants. 5 min Walk. Breakfast was plentiful with options. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Mattress was not the most comfortable.

I often winge about the location and views from single rooms - not this time, I had a balcony with a sea view. The location is excellent between the station and centre of town and about two minutes walk from the Main Street. Very friendly staff. Only drawback was no secure luggage storage - simply leave luggage in the corner of the bar if you are leaving late in the day.

Had a very nice time. Everyday the room was cleaned superbly, though there was a lack of ability to use WiFi throughout the hotel. Appart from the main lobby, by using their own personal WiFi. Breakfast was very limited, as there wasn't much hot food. Only warm croissants or the ability to get warm milk from the coffee dispenser. They do give you a fridge in your room but no kettle. No entertainment but that was cured by the surrounding area having countless restaurants and social gaverings. The view from my rooms balcony was amazing, as we got to overlook Tropea beach and watch the sunset. Though, there are unfortunate rooms that face a rather unflattering block of flats as my bathroom did. Very easy to get to from the train station and a couple minutes walk from the beach.
