The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room did not have enough lights. It was too dark. The hallway carpet was very dirty. Aside from that it was good

Comfortable and spacious for a great price

Very clean and friendly staff. Only negative thing is that breakfast comes with an additional charge.

The hotel was very basic

Awesome Rooms, Good Dining Experience, Favorable Location due to the location right in the heart of Brickell and it didn’t break the piggy bank.

The inside was great. I did not like that we had to valet park, but the hotel itself is great.

Room was not what was to be expected when checking into a room at Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South hotel. We found what appears to he blood splattered on the bathroom wall, water leaking out of the walls, wall paper coming off walls, ceiling appears to be cracking/falling apart at seams, patchwork paint on several walls, stains on floor, room smells like mold/mildew…etc.. Front desk employees were friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know of the situation and wanting another room. The room we were moved to was better considering room we were leaving..however the tv credenza was pulled away from wall about 6 inches with cords exposed and cabinet looked to be damaged/cracking from water, bathroom fan was rusting… this hotel seems to have water leaking inside walls and smells moldy. We would not stay here again.

For a Hilton hotel this place was horrible. Went thru 3 rooms to get one where the tv and phone worked. No shuttle from the airport and limited time to shuttle to the port which was suppose to be included would not recommend

Front desk staff was welcoming as well as quick service to checkout. Overall loved the quietness of the hotel. Bartender excellent and friendly. Overall hotel was extremely clean and maintained.

I enjoyed my stay at hilton gardens, the room was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have Delicious breakfast buffet and the hotel is close to the freeway and easy access to brickell and downtown Miami. Will definitely stay here again !
