Initially, we were not given the room we reserved which was two queen beds. Even though I purchased the insurance. However, after returning to the front desk with proof, we were moved to the room we reserved. We do appreciate this.

The walls and ceiling all have cracked or falling pieces of material, the paint jobs in the rooms especially the bathrooms was very poorly done with stains covered over, and I saw a roach at the pool as well as in our bathroom.

I incurred 2 $50 holds on my credit card that I was not prepared to pay. Also for the price of the hotel, I expected to be able to have some sort of complimentary breakfast. Instead, we were given the option to pay $15 a head(children and all for breakfast(I had 6 children and 2 adults). That wasn’t very child friendly in my opinion because ww had to pack them all up to go feed them when hungry. But the Wendy’s nearby was the best I’d ever had!

I’m from Meridian, MS. I was the insurance agent for the Roberts/Cistrunk families and this hotel is Directv. I could not watch my late friend’s stepson, Jamal, on American Idol because Directv does not carry ABC! 😭😭😭

Check in was delayed by group checking in with only one clerk working. waited on line for 20 minutes- Mary was wonderful when I finally got to the desk. Really should have been 2 clerks at the desk.

As a Hilton Honors member we always feel good about choosing Hilton properties when on the road in new places. This one was disappointing and thankfully only stayed one night. Didn’t receive any service other than a quick check in and out. Realized in the morning that the coffee maker was missing from the room and we had already missed breakfast. Generally, the property needs maintenance and updating. Also, paid in advance thru the Hotels.com app then 5 minutes after checking out and getting back on the road, received a receipt from Hilton that also charged me for the room! I even confirmed with the desk before leaving that there were no extra charges. I may not use the app again if this can’t be fixed.

Didn’t have my reservation even though I booked weeks in advance. Every hotel was booked because of the soccer tournaments. So she gave us a room that I didn’t reserve. It was dirty and no towels or toilet paper. Had to go back down to get these items but I had to bring them back to my room with no help. And to kick it off the elevator broke so I trucked them up three floors. Also I booked at this Hilton and more then other hotels because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Which again didn’t work. Also we got back late from the tournament and had to park at another hotel and walked a block to our hotel because the parking lot is not big enough to accommodate a full hotel. Worst experience I have ever had.

When I arrived, the hotel room had not been cleaned yet and I didn’t arrive until 8 pm. They were booked solid and did not have a room to transfer me too. Nor did they have a cleaning crew. I asked if i could get the cleaning supplies myself as we we all tired and did not want to try to book another room. I was told I can’t because it’s a liability. I asked “Can I get a refund then so I can book a different place?” and they would not refund me either saying I booked through a third party so they cannot. I called Orbitz who called the front desk three times and they would not speak to them. I ended up leaving and driving two hours back home with 4 kids because we couldn’t sleep in a dirty room. We had to drive the two hours back the next day for our event. They would t book me a room at a different hotel either. It was the worst customer service experience ever.
