Great location - safe, clean, and close to shopping, dining, and touring.

we have been going to this hotel for 2 years straight that I do not book with any other in the area of El Poblado area in Medellin.

It was so confortable.

Fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and the 15th floor lounge had great food and a beautiful view. It was our first time in Medellin, and will not be the last. This beautiful city and hotel did not dissapoint.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and made to order omelettes.The room had a little kitchenette with sink, frig, microwave, dishes, etc.

2nd time staying at Novelty, staff is great, rooms are nice and clean, free breakfast every day, free parking garage, Oviedo Malll, restaurants, movie theaters right next to it. 100% recommend, dont forget to visit 15 floor, bar and restaurant with a great view of Medellin.
