From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay at Steigenberger Aldau was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making our anniversary truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Elite Room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. The customer service was outstanding. When we mentioned our room didn’t have a full-length mirror, the staff quickly sourced one for us. It was a small gesture that perfectly reflected their dedication to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to Khaled Beshay and the team for the beautiful anniversary surprise of a decorated room and delicious cake. The resort is perfectly located, with excursions and the nearby shopping mall just a short journey away. The spa was immaculate, with robes, slippers, towels, and separate men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms. The food was outstanding, offering plenty of variety each day. From the buffet to the beach restaurants and à la carte dining, every meal was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. What truly makes this resort special is its staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. A true five-star experience that we highly recommend.

I have stayed in hotels around the world and have never experienced anything like this. After my room safe was found open, hotel staff did not simply secure it. They opened my private wallet, inspected its contents, and documented items including my cards and cash while I was absent and without my consent. Management told me this was “normal procedure.” I strongly disagree. Protecting an open safe is one thing, opening a guest’s wallet is another. This was a serious invasion of privacy, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Amazing resort… perfect for families, couples and friends. The staff are incredible. Not a huge night life if that’s what you’re looking for though.

Great hotel. Food and drinks are true quality. Rooms are well designed and spotlessly clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Gardens are beautiful and the beach is clean and added bonus of a waiter bringing you drinks to your sunbed. Would recommend if you want to relax.

Elegant hotel , clean , very welcoming staff . Spacious rooms . Quiet and more for adults . Great food variety What stood out most was the Tanga Beach Restaurant , amazing food and the staff at this restaurant we beyond excellent, the sir hospitality is second to none.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in an elite room which was lovely and spacious. Slight drain smell in the bathroom first thing in the morning but cleared quickly and didn't bother us!

Food was amazing, staff is friendly and always ready to help, room cleaning is good, more than enough amenities and entertainment for the type of rest this place offers.

Drinks options on the indoor bars were good although there was a different level of All inclusive which you needed to pay for to be able to access some other cocktails and champagne. Staff were very good around the resort and always helpful however there needs to be more waiters around the pool area as we waited for 20-30 minutes sometimes for our order to come back to us. There was also a building site next door to the hotel which is not their fault, but it was a bit noisy at times and unsightly. Food at the resort was beautiful.

The staff was wonderful, and most especially Saif who helped us throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in early and check out late which was most helpful considering our flight arrangements, thank you all!!

Amazing property.After they offered a room only with pool view and I paid for Seaview the reception gave us an upgrade very good room with really nice seaview.The cleaning stuff very good.is nice where they advertised that they have to many restaurants but some of them booked 5 days in advance and if you only stayed for 5 days how is that fare.The tempanaki and Egyptian restaurant were nice but the French no great at all. The guy who served the drinks on the beach was not happy with us that I prefer to purchase my drinks from the bar.(why did you go to the bar was his question my answer is why not )They were not nice with my husband about the towel rules.He was there 5 min before 8 am to put our towels for the sunbeds they make him wait 5 min but at the same time a lot of sunbeams were covered with towels around 7:30 am.Rules only for some people but not for all.The amenities were amazing.The golf too.The rooms and the resort were amazing.I don't drink much and I was surprised that I have to get my drink only with dark rum not white.( they what an extra charge ) but one of the managers manage to get me my white rum with no extra charge ( thank you ).Be aware of all inclusive alcohol drinks ( very limited )
