Location was great, staff was friendly. Aside from the group next door having too much fun next door the stay wasn’t too bad. I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. The tub was rusted. Had it not been a solo trip I would have complained about it.

Looks like they tried to update part of the hotel but not all of it or maybe not finished? My room had Thermostat cables hanging off the wall, the closet door was off the hinge, and the safety bar in the tub had the end caps not securely fastened. The indoor pool was in bad shape with rust and decay all around the area. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting better.

I had to be switched to 3 different rooms due the bathrooms being dirty. I took pictures both times and showed them to the front desk person. She was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service in getting me and my family to another room on another floor that was clean. The hallways are not air-conditioned on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I picked this hotel because it rated 4 star but upon arrival it did not have a 4 star look or feel. In addition the indoor pool was rusted. With some tweaks and better housekeeping on the 3rd floor it can get better.

Clean, good fitness center and very good TV with Spanish international soccer.

Overall everything was good. The rooms need a little upgrade and had an odor. The bathroom (tube was rusted).

Booked a room here specifically for the indoor pool that ended up being closed the entire stay. Had to switch rooms on day 2 due to AC issues after a power outrage. First room had a very iffy outlet for the AC and spliced wires hanging underneath it. Both rooms were dirty upon entering. Hair and trash on the floors, 2nd room had food smashed into the floor under the couch. Neither room had a working phone. 2nd room had a broken picture hanging on the wall and a rusty chipping bathtub. The third floor was very hot. For over $100 a night I'd expect the rooms to at least be cleaned properly between guests.

The room we checked in was dirty and not clean properly then we where often a other room that room was not clean as well I don’t understand how they supervisor key in as clean no one is doing their job properly.

Rooms were very clean and breakfast was good also. Perfect rest stop.

Room was clean but the bathroom could have been a touch cleaner. Pool was clean and they provided extra towels in the pool area. Convenient dining to cracker barrel and long horns.
