Great time we always stop there on our way to Gaspe from the Marintimes. SERVICE ALWAYS A1 I believe the managers name at the desk his is Rick he is so professional and friendly always ready to help out He was the manager last time down .Please pass this on to him Love the pool /hottub and sauna room is perfect for our 1 night

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was close to downtown area. The breakfast was good. Muffins, coffee, juice. Unfortunately the pillows were very thin. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. There was no elevator to bring our luggage.

l'hébergement pourrait être rafraichit sinon c'était bien, petit déjeuner simple, il pourrait venir voir de temps en temps pour remettre de la nourriture s'il en manque

There was ample parking, the continental breakfast had a decent variety. Front Desk staff all seemed quite nice. I have no complaints about the cleaniness of my room but there are definitely some "wear and tear" issues starting to show.

Simple place. Good enough for a one night. The breakfast was ok. Staff were not checking on the area so the garbage was over flowing and not alot of choices due to no one refilling things. Free parking was great but the parking lot was tight to get in and out of.

Cet établissement a besoin de rénovations, le déjeuner continental a besoin d'être revu, il devrait y avoir un ascenseur.

Close to everything, clean, nice stuff

Extremely convenient to Via Rail station, and within easy walking distance to late-night restaurants.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans cette hôtel. On a apprécié le fait que l’on a un déjeuner toast, céréales, gaufres, bagel ect.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. It's within walking distance of a grocery store, liquor store, and many restaurants in the area. It's an affordable place to stay when you're in the Hamilton area and I strongly recommend staying here not only for the polite staff, but the clean rooms.

Pas de cafetière dans les chambres, On peut se servir à tous moments à l' entrée mais la crème à café passer date et fait des moton dans le café, après avoir averti à la réception il on rien fait et dis prenez du lait, presque rien pour le déjeuner, et après leurs avoir dis que je suis handicapés au lieu du troisième étage, il m'ont envoyé au deuxième à l' autre bout du passage qui mène aux marches pour descendre au déjeuner, donc très déçu de mon séjour.
