A typical hotel ... basic and comfortable. Breakfast served on top floor was just about ok. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not good enough for a suite, so the whole place felt pretty warm unless you were standing under the AC duct

Nice and clean hotel just foot steps away from the central part of Burgas. Very close to shops, dining, and transportation. Would definitely stay there again for my next trip!

The hotel is in an excellent location and easy to find. Check in was pleasant and the room was nice and well appointed. Then it rained heavily and water came in through the window frame. We were moved quickly and the new room was fine. Water was coming in though windows in the common areas and restaurant. I requested tea bags etc as there were none with the kettle and cups that were provided in the room. I was told that I could have some if I paid for them at the restaurant prices. This is the first time I have heard of such a thing. Breakfast was a disaster. It began at 7.30 and we arrived at 7.35. The coach party ahead of us had cleared plates of fruit and vegetables and the supervisor had no interest in replenishing them. I had to argue to get him to refill the kettle! Our choice was very limited and I can't imagine what people who came to eat an hour later were given. We stayed in four hotels during our visit to Bulgaria. This was both the most expensive and the worst. I think that there are many better options in the area.

Nice, clean modern hotel in heart of Burgas Town Centre. Easdoory walking distance to beach and industrial port. A very acceptable Craft Beer bar / restaurant directly opposite hotel front door. Very reasonable room rate on hotels.xom

This comfortable, clean, quite upmarket, hotel is only meters away from the bus and train stations. The buffet breakfast was good and served in a place with great views over the port.

Nice enough rooms. Very central, so close to train station, bus station, beach, shopping. Breakfast was terrible.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only negative is that there is a night club next door. Had to move rooms but it all worked out. In the morning they offer breakfast on the 6th floor. It is a small buffet style but adequate choices of cold and hot breakfast. The WiFi is only existent in the lobby- that will be the only thing that would stop me from choosing this hotel next time.

I thought it maybe hard to find but the GPS delivered me to the front door. the bookin was easily done and a lift to take me to my well appointed room. The room was well equipped had a limited city view. Secure free parking was provided. Breakfast was excellent both in service and quality with a great view towards the harbour as well. Hotel assisted in all manners allowing use of the lobby bar for an extended wait. The location is less then half a block to the city centre. The city centre haad multile meal options and is well kept and interesting in layout. The city centre appears safe with many families still out after 11pm. It has numerous fountains including a mist fountain and clean stalls. It was well kept.

Basic hotel that is very useful if traveling via bus or train as it is located right next to the station. Not glamourous but ticks all the boxes and is very clean.

Convenient hotel to the railroad station. Basically just across the street. The room was comfortable, clean, with good beds. I had no problem with the Wi Fi that was supplied by the hotel.

Nonfunctional WiFi: during our stay, the WiFi barely works ( it took 30 mins to 50 mins to open a Google webpage) we tried to go down to the lobby, to the restaurant, to the stairs, never got functional WiFi. Wrong room: we booked a room with a king bed, but got a room with twin bed. Impossible to change the room even though they acknowledged that we booked a king bed.
