Slow check in. Dirty bath towel. Sheet on bed was not smooth and didn’t feel nice to sleep against. Duvet was quite thick and I spent the night getting to hot with it on or too cold with it off. Didn’t sleep well. Couldn’t open the window properly owing to the curtains

Great hotel. Bad location. Over 2 kms from the train station. If you have a car, it’s a perfect choice.

A brilliant night stay, staff were brilliant, rooms was spotless, gutted I wasn’t staying another night!

The hotel was conveniently next to the motorway and was easy to find. The check in was quick and easy. It is within walking distance of the town centre. The breakfast had all that we required and overall the hotel met all our needs and was comfortable and clean.

We ordered 8 rooms, check-in had problems with that. One person kicked out of room next day, before they found reservations Some rooms were not cleaned next day

Room was up to expectations.

Nice hotel with great sushi restaurant

The hotel is lovely and clean, with friendly staff. The bathroom facilities in the room were totally open plan with no separate door for the toilet or shower. Luckily I was travelling with my sister -but if you are travelling with a someone and care about bathroom privacy, it is good to know this info!

The rooms are spacious and the accommodations are lovely. The only issue was coming back late after a wedding to find the front reception door locked and preventing me from entering. I tried to call the number but the calls were not being received, I did however manage to trick the door censor to opening to let me in

First time stopping here. Friendly welcome with parking on site. Good team of staff and interesting dining options too. Room was nice and very quiet location. Had a couple of beers on the bar and caught up on some work. Then went to the Japanese restaurant area next door and enjoyed the novelty iPad ordering system, where you can order up to 5 small plates at a time and then it resets after 10 mins and you can order again. It was an easy stay and I would probably stay again when next in the area.

Great hotel but nothing to do in the area.

I can highly recommend the hotel. The room was in the attic and was very warm because the air conditioning was not turned on beforehand. Since we arrived late, it would have been nice to get into a temperature-controlled room. That's just one small think. everything else was great.

Excellent hotel. The two young waiters in the restaurant couldn’t do enough to help us and were so friendly. The reception staff we professional and helpful. A great outside area to see and relax! Highly recommend.

Close to motorway, but very quiet - decent restaurant

Lovely hotel

Stylish and spotless, very helpful staff (staff cover reception and the restaurants), standard continental breakfast buffet plus bacon and egg. Very comfy room, consistent high-speed wifi and good lunch and dinner options and service in the main restaurant. I didn’t try the YUME sushi restaurant. A really relaxing weekend stay for the Zuiderpark parkrun, Hoogeveen with breakfast until 11 at weekends.

I was travelling so only needed a place to sleep. It was very comfortable and had free parking.
